Men of a Certain Age is getting renewed for a second season by TNT!
The show´s been a good drama piece since it started airing, so this shouldn´t shock anyone.

What is Men of a Certain Age About? Plot
The series follows the bonds of friendship between three college friends – Joe, Owen and Terry – who are now in their late 40s/early 50s. Joe (Ray Romano) is a slightly neurotic divorced father of two (Brittany Curran as Lucy, and Braeden Lemasters as Albert) who hoped to become a pro golfer but now owns a party store. Owen (Andre Braugher) is an overstressed, diabetic husband and father, who is a car salesman at his dad’s dealership. Terry (Scott Bakula) is a struggling actor dating a much younger woman.

I just googled this show. My husband and I were concerned that this show may have been canceled. We are VERY happy to hear or read that it is coming back. This is one of the most entertaining and unusual shows on TV nowadays.
TNT has, in our’s and most of our friends” opinions, some of the best programs available in prime time television. Men of a Certain Age is terrific!! Original scripts and fine casting just has created a darn good show!! Thank you TNT!!

I’am so pleased that this show was renewed.There are so many garbage shows that are renewed over and over again,but when a real great one comes along,right away they cancel it.Thank you TNT.

Best show on TV right now. Thing is they spent a lot of this first season introducing the characters. Next season they can really turn up the dial. I am really looking forward to it…

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO happy Men of a Certain Age is being renewed!!! So often good shows are cancelled before they have a chance to find an audience. Great show with great acting and wonderful writing!! Thank you, TNT!!

Just watched tonight’s episode, and felt compelled to find out if it was going to be renewed…thank God it is!
I’m an “early to bed” person, but i am ok with my Tuesday’s always being thrown off because I have to watch this show!

I was hooked on this show during the first episode. Great acting, realistic stories, just enough humor. I was afraid the last episode marked its demise and am thrilled to hear it will be back. More people should hear about this show.

I really enjoy “Men of a Certain Age”, and I am very glad to see it has been renewed! The cast has great chemistry together, with solid acting. Great storylines that are very relatable! I am looking forward to the next season.

My wife and I just finished the final episode. What a great show! So happy to find out it was renewed! I have the same anticipation waiting for the next episode as I did when I followed “The Sopranos”. Congratulations, you have done it again Ray.

One of our fav shows of the year. Who knew Ray had the acting chops. Love the bookie. Just totally great acting, writing, balance of humor and drama. Excellent finale was satisfying but left you wanting more. Was never a big Raymond fan…always thought it was too over the top. So big Kudos to Ray Romano on this.

wow……… talk about a perfect fit……. these 3 guys are perfect together on screen… there is no ‘acting’ here,, all just pure interaction between 3 middle-aged guys.. they talk, eat, work, date, curse, hike together and it is just ‘easy to watch’… cannot wait till the new season… how will Owen handle his new MANAGER job?? Will Terry every get a good acting job?? Has Joe REALLY stopped gambling ?? will his son get his anxiety under control without meds?? soooooooooooo many avenues to follow.. the writer’s heads must bea bout to explode with ideas.. if not,, CALL ME !! here’s to MANY more seasons and feel free to give us more than 10 episodes a season… go for it!!! we want more, more, more…………. got it ??

Men of a Certain Age is a awesome show. It would be a shame if they did not renew contracts for another 2 or three seasons or even longer. The crew and their situations were matched up perfectly.

After the season finale wrapped everything up a little too neatly, I thought there was no way we’d be seeing this show again. I’m glad to see I was wrong.
This is easily one of the best shows out there, and it’s a shame more people aren’t aware of it. The writing is brilliant, the actors are astute, but more than anything the show is real — viewers don’t have to be men of a certain age to relate. The show portrays real life in a very touching and often humorous way.
Can’t wait for next season!

Finally something on TV that my husband and I both enjoy and can watch together other than football. This show is so intelligent, funny and REAL, we think it’s fabulous!

As a man myself who is turning 48 on 4/13, I find this show quite unique. The Scott Bakula character mirrors myself because truly “it” is all BULLSHIT. The “it” being life of course. When true happiness is fleeting and we are continuously critiqued by our peers, it’s a small wonder less of us make it to the ripe old age of 48. Anyway, if happiness is finding something to do, and finding something to love, along with living in freedom, well then I am a success. But if happiness is based on $$$ in your bank account well then like Scott B. I too have nothing to show for getting this far. So why is it that after two failed marriages and one beautiful 10 year old son, I am truly happy? I guess happiness, like every thing else, is in the eye of the beholder. That’s why I relate to this show so much. The characters are going through exactly what I am going through…….life. That’s right, life. It’s a short one, so make the best of it. Don’t work yourself to an early grave. Stop and enjoy your surroundings more and slow down a bit. You’ll find your hair turns less gray when you remove the stress factors out of your life.

I’m so happy this show is returning for a second season, the storyline and episodes are exceptional with a great cast of characters and I might add very entertaining as well. We did not like Romano’s bookie character he was way to crude…

so often, the better shows, for some unknown reason, are cancelled so soon. It almost makes me not want to watch the new ones, get attached, then, they’re gone.

The first episodes were painful to watch, but I am glad I did. This show mirrors our lives as men of a certain age. It strikes home. The writing and acting is great. I am pleasantly surprised to see it was renewed. A few months ago. Mike and Mike on ESPN’s morning radio show were talking about it, but they couldn’t remember the name. I hope it receives better placement and promotion.
