I love hells kitchen with my heart and body and soul, I know I got what it takes to cook a heck of a meal, I want to be proud of the food I sent out. Cooking is my passion. I discovered this passion along the side of my mother as a child. I find great joy when I have created a dish that leaves my guests talking about it and satisfied. I have furthered my education in Culinary Arts by attending Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. Because of the area in which my wife and I have settled in, I am struggling to find my niche in the Culinary Industry. I am applying to this show in hopes of finding a home as a chef. Mikey was something else I had though he was going to get better after the first dish. He did mess up on the fish station and then later his downfall the rice dish was like bullets and so he really suck at that all he had to do is remember the how Chef put it together and then he would had had it right instead of wrong but at that time they where toying with Jason which he went the wrong way himself he should had been what Chef wanted not what his team homeboys where, to note when a person comes on hell’s kitchen for one you don’t know any one and this people you come with are coming for the same thing a job not a job from each other but from Chef GORDON RAMSAY HIMSELF SO THAT’S WHY YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT WHAT CHEF THINK’S NOT YOUR TEAM MEMBER.

ROBERT THE 2nd Time around should had head up on everything I could not believe how bad he got as he went along and that he dumped his work on other worker he did not do the work that was needed and on top of that he wasted so much lamb and then raw rabbit was the last straw.

PEOPLE TALK BIG TIME TO GET ON HELL’S KITCHEN I KNOW THAT SCOTT WAS FULL OF IT THIS IS THE SAME GUY WHO USED STAR ANISE FOR HIS DISH AND WAS USELESS ON THE GIRL TEAM HE TALKED AND KEPT DOING BAD WORK AND HE OFTEN PROMISED TO GET BETTER AND CHANGE AND DO A BETTER JOB BUT HE COULD NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND HE KEPT ACTING LIKE HE WAS GOING TO IMPROVE BUT IT LOOK MORE LIKE A LIE AND THAT IS WHAT YOU SEE IS A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM BECAUSE HE WAS ON THE BLUE TEAM ALL HE COULD DO IS RIDE JASON ON HIS WORK AND EASE DROP INTO OTHER PEOPLE WORK AND THEN GIVING SUB STANDARD FOOD TO CHEF THIS GUY WAS DUMB.

Dear Hell’s kitchen I am very happy about your new show and I know it will be hard core and really super hard and it is going to be a rat race but what I love at the start is seeing the weak one and see them get kicked out one by one and if you have passion and love and feel really good and positive about what your doing and throw your heart and soul and mind into it and attack like a dog and start each day like it is your first, all you need is passion and heart and most of all you have to create something that they have never tasted and give them something that is good and something that you are proud to put on the plate and most of all it has to be a good day every day and you can’t be home sick, always remember to start new and make the people you are around like family only if they are worth while and most of all, when it is time to go on hell’s kitchen the job is mine and I am to work out with the contract job under my belt.

Yes it is going to be hard to be called out of my name and it is something I will allow because it is all about doing the best job to feed each and every person who cross my path and god knows that I have ran across some picky people in my life and it gives me a thrill to give them a meal that they love I really care what every one thinks and i want to feel proud and cheerful about my food tonight on master chef Jay got kicked off and I saw why he was weak first thing that let me know he was going down hill is when he did the pork he put white wine he poured the booze on the meat must had made it taste like pooh, another thing went wrong is when he refused to alter the hamburger and refuse to add bacon or BBQ sauce and he refuse to double the meat and for him to turn down a way of winning at that point I look at him as a pure fool.

Hell’s kitchen is all about team work it is all about putting the food together and communication with the team of red if I ever get lucky enough or blessed or if some one choose me to be on the show next it would be great and as far as working as a team it is very important to do that I could do it and keep up what is needed from me and also help others and most of all keeping my head above the water is the goal and of course when you meet people you don’t know them but of course my heart is open to working together and it is very big part of winning and when we work together as a team my goal is to win and or course as you go along it is best to do that because it would give me rest and extra time to shower and sleep meaning take a real good nap.

Lovely wonderful considerate thoughtful Hell’s kitchen look my way, yes I understand that you are hard at work and you really do such an amazing job that is time consuming and most of all I think you are tired and most of all have so much on the table and I Want you to know that i think of you often and that I Crave the Stress that happens in Hell’s kitchen and it would be a gift to be around that Raw action and listening to Chef go off on some one other then me.

Yes I am very happy about the new hell’s kitchen season 8 on fox 13 looking forward to it and it is going to be off the hook and I Wonder which person is going to throw away the chance and not really dig deep from the start is what is needed and the passion and care are all factor. But before I go I have to let you know that I am sorry about bugging the heck out of you but at this time I can’t help it I am praying each and every day that i will get lucky and be on the show, team work is my goal and getting along with each and every person but it really depends on there sign Aries or Taurus or Gemini or Cancer or Leo or Virgo and or Libra or Sagittarius or Capricorn and or Aquarius or Pisces and last is Scorpio which is going to be the hardest because of the name calling and that is going to be hard but I can be Numb to his put downs but first thing is first getting on the same page is gonna be a wow factor and I want you to know that I am no a toss away and I am there to win for me and my family and most of all freedom and change and I am ready for a drop of the hat.

One trick pony is on the run , they give you one great meal and it is fun, but later that day they go down hill and they do worst then the rest is real.

Season 8 is great but season 9 is fine and that is the future down the line and most of all I make your pick and then later I give you a list of hopes and dreams and prays each night I know I can do a really great job flawless and all I will work not like a slob.

Dear OMG… I am trying to get Hell’s Kitchen attention it is hard trying to get there attention and I am sorry it bothers you and I it is a B**** trying to get them to pay attention.

Passion Fruit is great and what I would had did was get some green grapes and peel them and some Blueberrys and some strawberries and some shrimp and pasta and cook some yellow pepper roasted and put passion fruit all over the place make it a base for everything you taste and how I would spice up the shrimp and yellow pepper light salt and fresh ground pepper and lemon juice and one small hot red pepper and as far as the pasta would be garlic and Italian flavor pasta.

David was great on masterchef He really shine that day he was on top of his game and he was proud of everything he did and he made his food look beautiful and classy and most of all delightful and refreshing and he is an under dog,thinking back on the first day, poor man had tears in his eyes and his heart looked like it was going to jump out of his chest and most of all, he is so into every single word that come out of one of those amazing men mouth and that is wonderful fantastic Joe and Great Chef Elliot and last Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Lee on Masterchef is really something else he has sneaked up and bite you in the rear and he is creative and has given sharone a run for his money but they both are not paying attention to david who might blow them both out of the water.

Too much garlic over kill and it is bad because I saw the look on his face and it look in horror and it seem gross and made him look like he was going to throw up most of all front runners are slipping because they are missing love ones and so I have lost my parents and grand parents and family over all so I welcome a change.

Fresh and Vibrant is what I hear and music it sounds good to my ears on masterchef and thank you for this wonderful show and until hell’s kitchen is on again it makes us viewers happy until the end.

Buckle under pressure when there are so many people to serve and there is a dead line and mike crumble at times and seemed stressed and frustrated and most of all he add no spices on the meat and jay took off most of the fat again and poor jay starting flipping out by not putting some of that wonderful sauce in the pasta as well.

Lee has stepped up to the plate and his style is kicking but the big problem is that he got cocky and trying to overload people on cooked garlic and raw garlic My god over kill but some people really love it to death and the flavor really pops in your mouth but it would had been nice if he would had eased up in the garlic, when he was asked by chef gordon ramsay, asked him and if he ask you to do something it is for a reason he is trying to help and you have to listen to what he is saying, keep in mind is information is golden and it will help you to go on.
