Britain’s Got Talent is a British television show on ITV and part of the Got Talent series. Presented by Ant & Dec, it is a search for Britain’s next best talent act featuring singers, dancers, comedians, variety acts, and other talents of all ages. Anyone who believed they have talent was encouraged to audition. The winner of both series received £100,000 and are given the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance in front of members of the Royal Family, including the Queen.

On the first semifinal, Natalie Okri went after Diversity on Britain´s Got Talent, Sue Sun´s performance and Darth Jackson dance act.

Who is Natalie Okri on Britain´s Got Talent?

From Mariah to Beyoncé and Whitney Houston to our own Leona Lewis – there is no mistaking a natural-born musical diva.

Chart hits, glamour and glitz – not to mention an all-important dose of diva attitude – are all required to create the ultimate superstar mix.

Imagine the judges’ surprise, then, when a fully formed diva walked onto the Britain’s Got Talent stage in the shape of a certain South London young lady.

And according to the Piers, Simon and Amanda, ten year-old Natalie Okri has voice that could rival those ladies. Looks like she’s already a hit!

As she explained to ITV1, “I’ve been singing since I was four. I sing at school, I sing at home, and I sometimes even sing when I am having my dinner. I want to be a singer and a diva – and I definitely want to be like Beyonce”!

There’s no doubt she’s got the voice already – and her rendition of No-one by Alicia Keys soon left Piers and Simon somewhat dumbstruck, and had both Kelly and Amanda on the feet!

What a success!

Piers told Natalie, “You are a very, very little girl with a very, very big voice – you really are. I thought you were terrific. Yes”.

Kelly enthused, “There’s no need to be nervous. You need to know how good you are! It’s a yes from me…”

Amanda beamed, “It was knock-out brilliant. A ‘yes’ from me”.

And Simon, who was clearly melting from the inside out at the very sight of Natalie and her exceptional talent, grinned, “I think you are totally and utterly adorable”.

He summed up, “Four yeses, sweetheart”!

And an overwhelmed, ten-year-old diva ran off – and into the arms of her waiting mum!
