I think your doing a great job and pointing out many points of view in Being a Hero is a positive move that is being made and it is a wonderful and strong way of showing other people a wonderful positive strong way to follow in life. After season 3 ended the L Word headed downhill faster than a shaved rabbit on skates powered by rockets.
Ilene Chaiken thought that she could plagiarize and take shortcuts to writing good episodes. Then she had the gall to throw together a series finale that didn't address anything on the show in an attempt to get her prison spinoff greenlit.
She should rot.

I am quite sure that the system is a good one that allows Academy members from one group to make the nominations in their given area (e.g., cinematographers nominate cinematographers, etc.) since it is assumed that each category should know the best work in their field. Why then were NONE of the "Slumdog Millionaire" actors nominated by their fellow actors? Why were the post production people so much more aware of their Indian peers for instance and they received nominations?
