Simon created HBO’s the “The Wire,” which just completed a five-year run. While not a huge ratings success for the network, “The Wire” was one of the most critically acclaimed shows in television history.

I know i’m a little late, but I was trying to get auditions a while ago but i couldn’t find where to go. I am only 13, but everyone says I can act. I remember for 2 weeks after Katrina destroyed my town that it was just as bad as hell. New Orleans was pitiful, but so was Slidell, Baton Rouge, Pearl River, Covington, and Other places as well.

I’ve always wrote and participated in plays, commercials and a couple of movies. I now write for a company name Grassroots Productions in Atlanta. I’m from New Orleans and I think the show is so well put together. It actually show the world that we really have talented people that live here. Megan I have sent you my bio and also a picture. I hope that I will get a chance to be a part of history. We have never had a series before in New Orleans. Nevertheless, HBO is backing us up. I think we have done good despite Katrina getting it back together.
