Still getting information to add to our lists of renewed shows on 2011 and all the cancelled shows on 2011, lists that are getting bigger and bigger every single day, and the year has a full trimester ahead.
Well, this one is a healthy tradition for Starz, renewing Boss for a second season without even premiering the show, schedule to air in three weeks.
Starz did this with Spartacus last year, and this time is giving a vote of confidence to the new Kelsey Grammer vehicle by renewing Boss for season two, while audiences haven´t even smelled the premiere.
Second season renewal order for Boss consists of ten episodes and gives creator Farhad Safinia the chance to plan ahead.
What is Boss about? Plot Synopsis
“Boss” follows Chicago Mayor Tom Kane (Grammer), who holds sway over just about everything in his city. When faced with a terrible secret that threatens to topple his power, his true character is revealed: it’s not power that drives Tom Kane, but his fear of losing it.
