Billy Shea: A handsome 16 year old kid, he is still trying to adjust to his parents’ recent bankruptcy.
Cindy: Billy’s long-time good girl pal, this teenage girl is a former “skater chick” in blowzy sweatshirts who has.
Paul Dykstra: Billy’s cousin and best friend, Paul is a handsome 18 year old with a lineman’s build who works with.
Laura: A well-to-do, attractive local teen, she’s also the product of a broken home. When her parents got divorced.
