Hallmark presents a new romantic comedy starring Brooke D´Orsay, Eric Mabius and Kathy Najimy.
Mabius plays Harold, a shy guy who does not have a clue on how to date and flirt with a woman; so he turns to Annie (D´Orsay) to coach him.
You can figure out what will happen next, right?
Well, a funny rom-com, for all the family to watch together.
The film premieres on Hallmark Channel Saturday, July 21 9/8C.
The movie starts with a flashback of the dorky Harold going to prom, and being all awkward, going to pick his date up with his mother, only to find out, Annie, the date, didn´t think it was a date.
Then, we go to present time.
Harold: “Every time I ask a woman out, it ends up in disaster”.
That´s when his friend suggests a dating coach to hire. Looks like Harold could use Hitch, but instead, he finds a different coach, who, let´s face it, didn´t look all that good for him, and so, he gets second thoughts and leaves. Enter Annie! The everlovely Brooke D´Orsay.
Annie says: Harold´s a little blah… you promise you are not trying to set me up, right?
So there you go… a quest for our hero!
And they meet again at a restaurant where Annie needs to start working to pay the bills, and where Harold´s friend works too (Kathy Najimy).
After Harold takes Annie home after her shift, he tells her about the dating coach…
Harold: She made me feel like a lost cause
Annie: Nobody is a lost cause, Harold.
And that´s when everything starts…
