We already told you that Spartacus Blood and Sand has been renewed for season two, after changing its lead due to health problems from Andy Whitfield.

But how could we wait for an extra year to see more of the exciting Starz show, and to get dragged to the Arenas once again?

Well, the network was smart enough as to put to the works a prequel for Spartacus Blood and Sand called Spartacus Gods of the Arena, that premiered on January 21st. And now Starz premieres the finale, on Friday February 25 10PM

Spartacus God of The Arena Finale Spoilers – The Bitter End

Batiatus (John Hannah) seeks vengeance against Tullius (Stephen Lovatt) for all that has befallen him. He obtains the help of his gladiators and his friend Solonius (Craig Walsh-Wrightson) in the cause, each seeking to right the wrongs done to them. The opening of the new arena arrives, promising a spectacle of combat and blood the likes of which Capua has never seen.
