Good Challenge! I picked up 3 doors being actually being opened but there is a grey area for maybe one or two more.
I’m pretty sure I saw three and then one other which is kind of iffy, so either three or four.

I saw three doors open, which is not the same as how many open doors there were. But your question seems to be asking how many doors actually open, and for that my answer is three. (Why use one word when you can instead write a long-winded paragraph? Sorry…)
