Last week Showtime announced the renewal of Episodes, and now, it is renewing Jim Rome on Showtime for a third season that will start quite soon, as it will come back January 2014 for its third run.
Show´s returning for a third season with new episodes starting on Wednesday, January, 15th at 10 PM ET/PT. Season two continued to push the envelope by creating a provocative and entertaining sports-talk environment, where the likes of Snoop Dogg can hilariously comment on winning a unique and illegal bet on the recent Mayweather/Canelo fight, and then segue into a panel discussion with Jarron Collins discussing his brother Jason’s announcement of being the first openly gay athlete in professional sports. Rome’s numerous guests have included Kobe Bryant, Adrian Peterson, David Ortiz, Russell Wilson, Danica Patrick, Mark Cuban and Charles Barkley, discussing and debating the latest hot button sports topics and controversies. Through his trademark style, Rome put the spotlight on the biggest and most fascinating figures and stories in the world of sports and pop culture in 2013.
