One of the most hyped awards each year… not really, but well, always interesting to watch the winner afterwards, as it is always such a good watch. The Short Doc Award. In this year´s pool the nominees were: Crisis Hotline: Veteran Press 1, Joanna, Our Curse, The Reaper (La Parka) and White Earth.
My heart was with La Parka, being a latin doc and all, from the beginning, and also, the first ever Nicaraguan Oscar nominee (I´m Argentinian so there was another biggie for me tonight).
And the Oscar goes to Crisis Hotline: Veteran Press 1.
