If you are a US Citizen who needs to travel to other countries whether on vacation or to conduct business, you need to know if you need to prepare documentation beforehand to take a VISA and pay the required fee.
In some countries you won´t need a VISA, but you will most definitely need to bring some things along with you anyways:
• A passport containing one blank visa page that is valid for 6 months past the date that you will enter the country
• Proof of sufficient funds
• Proof of onward or return flights
• All documents required for your next destination
Some countries have a reciprocity fee you need to pay, some countries have other specific requirements, so make sure to investigate further.
