Casting call: New Disney Channel series “Good Luck Charlie” auditions and casting information

I am looking to get my daughter in the film industry. She has previous experience in print and recently shot a commercial for art van furniture store here in Michigan. I see there are a few casting calls in California for children sitcoms and or film, my question is do I send her comp card and head shot along with her resume or do I send a reel of her to the production companies?. If both ways is incorrect then how do I get her started in the industry of film vice commercial and print adds for the local area.
