I don’t believe they have canceled it seeing there has been no official announcement from CBS, but I hope to god this is not true. It’s such a sad thing to do to such a wonderful show 🙁

People from CBS got mad and started to cancelled and renewing things with their eyes close. That´s not professional. I´m so sad.

OMG I love Cold Case….It’s a great show, i’d hate for it to just dissappear! At least play re-runs or something..This show is one of my favorites. I find myself watching it for hours when I should be doing my homework or working out…. Please don’t cancel the show, it’s so great!

I love Cold Case so why would cancel it, its in the top 20 around 10 million its not fair to do that when a show does that well Please think about what you doing please give a chance or sell it to ABC, NBC PLEASE!!!!

I can’t even think of the words to say how much I am going to miss this show!

Open letter to CBS;I’m one of those coveted 18-49 year old demographic numbers and I am upset that “Cold Case” has been cancelled. Low numbers in this demo seems to be the only reason it was cancelled,(plus the “formulaic” high production costs reason). Now a show I’ve followed the entire time, characters I’ve invested in, have just vanished. No resolutions. Like a death in the family. I NEVER watch commercials as I have the advantage of skipping them. Most of my friends, (also 18-49), skip them as well. You have to stop doing this, (i.e. “Without A Trace”). Not everyone watches TV to escape their lives. We watch it to be entertained, get involved, to applaud good writing and acting. Potentially you’ve upset 8 or 9 million viewers. Acceptable losses? Someone there has seen the statistics for introducing new shows? I’m sorry we became such a comfortable, tolerant, quiet, EXCEPTABLE 8-9 million viewers.

To say that I am upset that Cold Case has been cancelled is an understatement. Combined with the fact that it may never come out on DVD due to copyrights for the music played on each episode is just beyond disappointing. Great show! The only thing I didn’t like about it was it’s time slot which often times caused it to get bumped into the wee hours by NFL Football games. Come on CBS, what are you thinking?!?

That bad! We should ask another network to pick it up like NBC. They like cop shows.

I cannot believe they would ax such a great show but I kinda expected it since it was spared last season. I will miss the great cast of characters greatly, Especially Lilly. I hope Kathryn Morris finds another job pronto and it’s on a Channel I watch more often like ABC.

What are they thinking? At around 10 million viewers, Cold Case is doing just fine. If they’re losing viewers its CBS’s fault for putting it in such a bad time slot. CBS BOYCOTT!!!

It’s simply amazing to me that a show like this gets lower ratings than Dancing With The Stars, for example. The things people choose to watch on TV amaze me….I mean, watching a bunch of dim wit Hollywood divas is better TV than a show like Cold Case?? Whatever!!

Yep it’s a shame that CBS axed all there good shows and kept some that aren’t worth it. They put CSI Miami in it’s place so I would expect that show to last much longer with the delays they have with the sports they show! CBS was the main channel to watch with all the great shows they had on every night. I too would like to see another channel to pick this show up and see the ratings go sky rocket for the show.

I…am….ANGRY!!!! Why cancel one of the best dramas I’ve ever seen? I’ve only recently started to get into this show. I watch reruns on TNT and one or two shows on CBS. It’s on too late. Then I can never find it. Half the time something else is on. Why not put it on Thursdays or Fridays when it doesn’t have to compete with football, golf, American Idol or Dancing with the Stars? Whoever made the decision to cancel the show was clearly not considering all of their options. A superior network should pick this show up, like NBC.

Well, it’s safe to say I will not be watching CBS anymore. They have literally cancelled the exact shows that I tuned in for. It’s sad, because none of the shows were actually performing poorly.

Aww man, with all the CRAP on TV right now, and they cancel THIS show? Come on CBS!!! Wake up!!!

This is/was a fantastic show! I started watching it quite by accident and now it’s a “must see”! DON’T CANCEL this show. I consister it one of the best shows on Television and keep asking myself has CBS lost all judgement –what would the reason for cancelling such a well-loved show?

I loved Cold Case it was all about finding justice for people who have died unjust and the person who took another person life and has lived as free as a bird and is free to do it to others is a hard cold risk and the reason for ‘cold case is to get that person off the street and make other people safe is a good hard goal to reach and it takes the future of cold case people who are willing to take a fresh risk and look at the case at a new point of view and bring justice to that person and so there soul can rest at peace and yes i used to watch cold case and of course it moved around and yes i search for it and all of a sudden it was gone with the wind and it was great even on a repeat, because you already know who is lie’s to your face from the start and all the false leads and a the false directions that the person who had did the crime gives the detective false leads to throw them off there track and most of all it is something they had carried around for years and to be free and to not start paying until they are caught and the telling of the story the reason why they did it, which is in a fit of anger or they just lose it and it looks like it is a relief and at the same time doom , because then you have all the people who where one age at one time and know there true age, I kind of like the back and fourth look for the people who played the part and most of all it is great to see them going to jail. Justice is served and yes we are going to miss you.

It is sad that they canned cold case that really sucks because the men on that show are really hot and they ladies on that show are first class actor and they really play that part very well. Yes Cold Case made me feel for other people hopes and dreams. What goals and plans and some one who murders a person stops what there plans are, and it gives a new meaning of taking some one’s life.

Some local station need to pick up the contract for Cold Case and play it on the station or I bet you will get enough viewers to bring it back to life, Cold Case are all over the world and it needs to have the connection and the love.

Love the fact that even if a cast was 20 or 30 years old it was giving the people the piece and take away there wonder and most of all show how hateful people can be to see you suffer is abuse and Cold Case Stopped them from being around a person, they think they know and really have no idea, who they really are.

You suck CBS! Cold Case was the only thing good you had going for you. I’ll never watch your station again that’s for sure!

I just found out that Cold Case has been cancelled. Both my husband and I looked forward to Sunday nights to see our favorite show. What were they thinking………………….please bring it back CBS.

Seriously? Cold Case is cancelled and Rules of Engagement continues. BRING IT BACK. It was one of smartest shows on TV. The entertainment value on Sunday night has sunk to a new low without it.

This is just plain dumb…yes the show was probably more expensive than other shows but it was also one o the best shows on TV. It really is a shame that stations can’t see the benefit of having a quality show on the air. It’s very sad that with so little that is watchable that they can’t figure out a way to keep this on the air. Smart people like smart shows and there are a lot of us out here! (or maybe not!)

I live in England and am really sad that this show has been axed, One of the best shows and consistently good each week, i don’t understand it at all. They’ve started some new ones which are far inferior…the ‘Whole Truth’ for one, that is terrible.

CSI Miami is a joke, will the lead actor ever get his head on straight, I live 6 miles north of Miami and it sure as hell is nothing like the show 80% of the people are Spanish and the show stinks, as well as Hiawii 5.0 and how I met your mother, then there is the copy cat show The
Mentalist. I think your choice of shows to cancell sucks, you should be fired. Idiots!

I am sad that they have canceled Cold Case. They didn’t even tell people and had not finale season, so they just left us hanging. That is very unprofessional. I love Cold Case and am sorry they didn’t see its value especially with the lack of good shows that are on the air now. CBS gets a big THUMBS DOWN!!

Shame on CBS for canceling Cold Case! When they put it in the Sunday 10:00 “Kill Slot” (where shows go to die), I knew it was going to be in jeopardy. 🙁 Still having withdrawals from not getting my Cold Case fix. I watch reruns on TNT, but it’s not the same as watching fresh, new episodes. Bring it back CBS. You keep ridiculous shows like CSI Miami, 2 1/2 Men, and all the not funny sitcoms, but cancel a great, well, written show like Cold Case? I don’t get it…

I Still love Cold Case every time I See it and mainly like to see the Guilty ass People try to Point to other people to get..The Cold Case unit off there back and no matter what! It always leads back to the Stupid and Dumb reasons why people kill each other and That what makes the show worth while and telling the story of some one life..Even though they are nolonger on this earth and can point out some good things they did and well they treated others and made them feel love and joy and Happy-ness and to think about them after years and years of not having them be a part of your life and having the feeling of ending of stress of losing a love one that has torched your life and give you massive joy and put a smile on your face and gave hope and concern and worry about you like no other person in this world is very hard to replace but to catch a person..Who strips away love and some one who is kind and thoughtful and who heart was tender and when you really needed some one they where there and know that…Person is Murder is stealing more Beautiful Moments that could had been the future is a real crime in its self and Know we understand throw Cold Case it is never too late to get justice and most of all allowing family and friends know how there love one was lost and most of all Why? But I want to thank each and every person on this blog for keeping your hearts open to Cold Case and I will watch it each and every week..Just to see what Evil is and see How people lie and hide the Truth and that makes the show so worth while and take care and have a nice day every one in the world.

No matter hold old the case is…So worth while?

People kill for stupid reasons?

People kill people…Because they lost that control over there lives.

Only when some one fights to get away or are stupid and tell that person that they are leaving the relationship…Then the other person will end your life.

People want to kill another person…Because the other person has goals and plans and ideas and the other person is not as smart as they are and they get angered and kill you for the heck of it.

Cold hearted and abusive people who are hateful of any one trying to make there life better and trying to gain better goals and ideas. Mental abuse or dislike kills but people kill and never tell any one and sooner or later they are going to get caught but at that point who cares…They are old and washed up and there looks are shot to hell and they are so old..who gives a dam.

At times people will get on your last good nerve and to not have to deal with them…You simply end there life and so that way you won’t have to deal with there company or have to hear or see there bad habits.

I like to see how people lie…They try to get you to go in another direction and…They know they have sent you to a dead end and…They want you to think it is some one else when it is not…Because sooner or later…It is always going to come back to you.

I miss Cold Case Saturday night..I used to watch it after Cheaters and know it is gone?

Dear Cold Case found you on Joe T.V. and it is tuesday nights and loving the two hour show and it is great and wonderful and a great surprize but thank goodness…I get to see your wonderful show again.

I gather the understanding that people kill for stupid and dumb reasons and a coward just hide and thinks they can get away with murder but at the end…It comes back to bite you in the butt and…Getting Caught is crazy and strange but there are always reason behind murder?

I love cold case. The acting is great so natural and real. The stories are great. I always wondered why it was never up for an emmy. I have been waitig for it to come on and now I read it is cancelled. Thats a shame. I hope another station picks up the show. I will definitly watch it. I beleive cold case was the first TV show to use good music at the end of the show now a lot of shows are doing it. Whoever cancelled it is an idiot. It was the best show on TV
