I'm very happy this show got renewed. I like it a lot and it gets me through my summer in anticipation of the new season of Rizzoli & Isles.
I love the characters and I think both Piper and Kari are doing such an amazing job.
The only thing I really really don't like are the special effects who truly suck beyond belief. I know this is a low budget show, but if you can't pull a believeable special effect off, then just leave it out, because it looks so cheap.
The car scenes are a good example for that, or even the scenery behind the persons when they are outside. Annie went to Joan's house and you can just see that the "outside" shots weren't outside at all. The lighting was bad, the background was even worse.
I do love this show and hope it will evolve even more, and I hope the get a bigger budget so they can invest more in better effects.
