CBS cancelled Accidentally on Purpose.
Accidentally on Purpose cancellation by CBS came in the middle of some huge renewals and cancellation news: Chuck got renewed by NBC, Heroes is getting cancelled, Law & Order cancellation, One Tree Hill renewal, Life Unexpected renewal, V renewal by ABC, Romantically Challenged cancellation, Better Off Ted cancellation, Flash Forward cancellation, Mercy Cancellation, The Wanda Sykes Show cancellation, Trauma cancellation, Law & Order SVU renewal, Cold Case cancellation, Miami Medical Cancellation, Numbers cancellation, Ghost Whisperer cancellation, Medium renewal, Melrose Place cancellation, The New Adventures of Old Christine cancellation, Gary Unmarried cancellation so…
Accidentally on Purpose gets cancelled and it´s somewhat a shocker, since it seemed it had good chances.

I’m really sad! It was a good show….out of the ordinary. With a whole buch of jokes and with good actors. I think CBS is crazy to cancel it.
That was a dumb move that was a good show it just needed to find its place. It was really funny
I’m sorry to those of you who got attached to this show but the question is WHY???? Why was this show even placed on the Monday night line up? Because it needed life support from the very beginning. Why did we need a show about the movie “Knocked Up” when we already saw it & that version was good?
It seems there’s more being cancelled than being renewed?
I wonder; is there anything else on TV now besides advertisments? Or
Do ppl still watch TV?
Anyway, if this trend continues then the bittorrent-sites, popculture/film-magazines and other related things are going to be very quiet.
Sure, this one way to fight of piracy. I doubt it’s the right way though.
I didn’t enjoy the movie ‘Knocked Up’ not even as half as I enjoyed this show. I agree CBS is crazy to cancel it. I mean who watches soap operas as Tree Hill anymore. This is such a shame 🙁
This is a shame. I really hoped CBS would renew this show, because it’s funny, the cast is great and the dialogues and jokes are the best I’ve ever heard in a sit-com. I’m not a big fan of sit-coms as a rule, but I gave this show a try because I’m a fan of Jon Foster, whom I had always seen in dramatic roles. With AOP he showed he has talent for comedy too (he’s so funny!), so I hope he will be cast soon in a great feature comedy, hopefully beside Nic Wright (he kills me!!!).

I REALLY enjoyed watching Accidentally on Purpose (and Mercy, and Trauma…). Hopefully AOP will get picked up by another network… *fingers crossed*
And oh my god that cliffhanger with Mercy… That’s not fair! At least do a wrap up episode(s) or SOMETHING.
And FlashForward was cancelled too… That’s another show that should be picked up by another network. I liked it because it really made you think! Stupid ABC and CBS…
And Ghost Whisperer! Get picked up by another network too! (hopefully!)

I’m positively mortified. I didn’t expect there to be a second season, since the whole basis of the show was the point that she was pregnant and then had her baby, but after learning there was supposed to be another season and it was cancelled… I’m devastated.
I am so dissapointed that there will not be a season 2 of Accidently on Purpose! That show made me laugh and I have been waiting to see how they would live as parents!! I’m truly upset. BOOOO CBS!
I cant believe they cancelled Accidentally on Purpose I love that show, I was so waiting for it to come back and for the first season to come out on DVD. This show made the whole family laugh, we all sat at the tv to watch this show. It would be very nice if another network would pick it up and also ghost whisper, I never missed an episode of either show. I was so glad to have a good comedy show on air. I am so sick of all the reality shows. This just really sucks
It figures. They always leave on the bad ones and cancel the good. They are WELL known for that!Like keeping those stupid reality shows, what a joke they are!!!!
I really think they should poll the “real world” of people before canceling a show. If anything i think they should cancel rules of engagement. such a stupid show!!! Very angry at CBS.
I loved this show! So funny. So random. I wanted to see if they actually got married. And if they survive parenthood. And Abbie should have gotten a baby. Come ON CBS!
How can they cancel Accidentally on Purpose…along with Gary Unmarried, and Trauma? Some people just don’t know what is good!

My husband and I looked forward to this show every single week. We laughed so hard we forgot about the problems of the world around us. The last episode made us laugh so hard we had to rewind it several times because we were laughing out loud sooooo hard we kept missing what happened next.
I am so bummed accidentally on purpose is canceled! It was one of my favorites, not to mention Jon Foster is beautiful.
I was waiting for the show this whole time and didnt even know it was cancelled. Big mistake, that show was awesome but so was Gary unmarried and the adventures of old christine. Funny stuff…
this is such a shame if this finished, accidently on purpose is a great show and we all know there isnt many of them right now, what is going on dont cancel this or someone else pick it up please.
that was a big mistake cancelly Accidentally on Purpose, because for me its was reaaly funny and i think its not fair because they dnt have schedule to add this great shows and they have space for this new show for example hawaii five-o
This show was so boring that it was easy to not want to watch it and the men where not Hot and great to look at and that is the reason it was easy not to pay attention and as far as funny, I would have to have a few drinks to laugh.
Open your heart to give a show a second chance, Well that is nice and very brave to have faith in a show and just hope that more people tune in and maybe the people that love the show will go around and tell there friends and family and the show will double in rating, You never know all we can do is hope that the show attracted the right kind of people.
In life every show always needs a second shot at things in life you can’t always get things right the first time doing it and that is why we take the shot and try but for some reason there are people out there who have mercy for shows and are willing to give other people to work harder and get there timing in making us laugh in order for us to forget about stress in life and yes this stories enough people to watch and if it increase then you have a way of paying for the story to get out there to people and it is really about other people being interested in the story line and if the people are attractive and that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to that may be true but for Me I AM ON THE HELL’S KITCHEN BLOG TRYING TO GET THERE ATTENTION but it is fun to let every one know HOW I FEEL AND GIVE MY point of view to all who read.
WHAT????? Accidentally on Purpose is cancelled…I’m obivously late on this info…but Cr*p my whole house LOVES this show…we’ve been anticapting its return…that sucks..I haven’t laughed that much at a show in a LONG time…really not impressed with CBS…replacing Accidentally on Purpose with Mike & Molly….like seriously….com’on..I watched the season premiere of that show and have not since turned it back on…Nothing like what Accidentally on Purpose was like…there are still so many unanswered questions and scenes that ppl obviously need to be filled in with…I am soooooo upset…thanks for ruining my fall tv schedule CBS…
I really liked Accidentally on Purpose. Great cast, funny jokes. Gary Unmarried was pretty funny sometimes as well. It seems that we are getting more reality shows which I can’t stand. Who really wants to see mentally ill people with garbage piles up in their houses. I mean,do you really have that much free time?
I thought accidentally on Purpose was a great show. Very entertaining. I am so sick of all the lawyer, medical and police shows on. If they would leave a tv show on a certain day and time the ratings would be higher, when moved around people don’t know when or where to find it. Let’s get rid of some of the reality shows!!!!!

why get rid of two of the best shows on television accidentaly on purpose and gary unmarried but leave on that crappy show on monday night that starts at eight thirty thats absolutely terrible and these cop shows nand crime my goodness pay attention to what viewers below forty wanna watch stop taken of the good comedies and leaving on the crap
i can’t believe they cancelled Accidentally on Purpose,, it aws an awesome show and it made me laugh soo much! i was watching it and then all of a sudden it was gone,, how silly can they get? and law and order? what’s with that?
I’m so bummed!! My boyfriend and I loved Accidentally On Purpose. It was one of the better shows out there; hilarious and not too involved, the perfect combo! Boo to you CBS 🙁 I think this is definitely one series that deserves to be on TV.

I just read this cuz we’ve been wondering when this show was coming back on. My husband & I are totally bummed it’s cancelled. We loved the show & will forever wonder what happened since the show ended so abruptly in midst of a storyline. Bad decision CBS! Boo to whoever made this horrible decision:(
Just looked it up and was extremely upset to find this news…shame on you CBS! I absolutely loved this show. The witty banter,good characters and the amazing cast. Jenna was great on here. SHame on you CBS, shame on you!
Show and Jenna Elfman was great, but the lead actor was gay and sucked major ass. They should just have let him go and let Jenna continue as a single mom.

I was very shocked to see that this show was cancelled. I literally could not stop watching it on Netflix. Wish CBS would rethink airing some other shows that got cancelled, Better off Ted especially. Both very funny shows that were not original and yet very good.!
Ok so I’m probably the only guy in here but do want to say season one, loved it Jenna elfman is sexy and hilarious man I wish god made more women like her but that’s besides the case. I loved the show and CBC should re consider like come on bob barker still comes on tv and he makes Jesus look like Justin beiber’s age.

Why did they cancel Accidentally on Purpose it was such a good show i didnt even see what happens to the new parents they should have advertised more maybe more people would of seen it cause more people watch tv now i mean i watched it on netflix but still a really good show
Just finished this season on netflix! I loved it sooo much. Laughed so hard every episode! Can’t believe they cancelled this show in 2010. So disappointed. Awesome show!!
