The year is ending, and for some shows, it´s finale time also… but, as to make this documentary departure seem less of a loss in our TV, I´m holding a contest and giveaway about it! Mankind the Story of All of Us Finale is Tuesday December 18th 9/8 C on HISTORY, so you can enter this one to win one of two themed prizes I got:

I think I would like to go back to the 1960s. For the music mostly. It would not be too shocking to assimilate, but it would be different enough to be really interesting.
If I could go back in time, I would want to go back to the 1920’s, preferably in a larger city like NYC or Chicago. It was a magical era, and I have always been fascinated with that decade.

Thanks for the chance, really enjoyed watching it when it aired, would love to be able to watch them again at my own leisure 🙂 Was very facinating.
The practical part of me would probably choose the late 1980’s – early 1990’s in order to use my future knowledge to subtly manipulate things in my favor.
If I was just doing it to have fun and not considering the fact that I’d probably be killed by disease, the people or the food. Then I might go with Egypt near the end of the construction of the great Pyramid of Giza.

If I could go to any time in history, I would like to go to the time, where and when Jesus Christ was here on this earth. I think that would be truly amazing! To actually get to meet him face-to face, to get to converse with him, to follow him around, watching him heal the sick and performing miracles would truly be something spectacular to witness!

I would go back to when the Dinosaurs walked the Earth. To see those amazing beasts alive would be mind-blowing and I would be the first man to see something no one else has ever seen before.
