Every year, a lot of new shows start, and, as the cycle of life wants it, a lot of shows get to an end, whether it is planned in advance, and the show can go on its own terms, and sometimes the show gets pulled away instantly.
During 2017 in particular, a handful of shows were canceled not because of ratings, not because the show had reached its storyline potential; but because the producer, creator or star was involved in turmoil outside of the screen due to misconducts.
