allison-sweeney-hallmark-two-in2013 is not that far away, and that´s why folks at Hallmark Channel are already preparing some of their original movies. In this case, locking Allison Sweeney to star in Two In.

“Days of Our Lives” star and host of “The Biggest Loser,” Alison Sweeney is set to star in the Hallmark Channel Original Movie, “Two In,” it was announced today by Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President, Programming, Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. “Two In” begins production in Los Angeles this week for a World Premiere in Q4 2013.

Alison Sweeney has starred in nearly 1400 episodes of “Days of Our Lives.” With nearly 20 years under her belt starring as Samantha “Sami” Brady on one of America’s most beloved soaps, Sweeney is a fixture on daytime television. The actress has won five Soap Opera Digest Awards for the role and has received a Fan Voted Daytime Emmy Award. Sweeney now stars in primetime, too, helping contestants and viewers alike transform their lives in “The Biggest Loser.”

“Alison Sweeney’s on-camera roles as Sami Brady and as the host of ‘The Biggest Loser’ are balanced by her talents as an author, producer, lifestyle coach, wife and mother,” said Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President, Programming, Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel.

“Sweeney is a great get because she fits the Hallmark Channel brand perfectly as someone who celebrates life’s special moments every day,” Vicary concluded.

In “Two In,” Sweeney plays a single mom working at a 911 call center who receives an emergency call for a firefighter who has broken a leg while fighting a fire. Circumstances repeatedly draw the two together until their mutual attraction cannot be ignored.

“Two In” is a Larry Levinson Production. Executive Producers are Larry Levinson and Randy Pope. James Wilberger produces. Ernie Barbarash directs from a script by Karen Struck and Jim Buck.
