Good Challenge! I picked up 3 doors being actually being opened but there is a grey area for maybe one or two more.
I’m pretty sure I saw three and then one other which is kind of iffy, so either three or four.

Four or six: three thoroughly opening clearly, one that was closed one moment & then open in the very next shot, & two that are already open so technically don’t count if we’re only supposed to mention the ones in the *action* of opening, lol & not just “open doors” ;P

I saw three doors open, which is not the same as how many open doors there were. But your question seems to be asking how many doors actually open, and for that my answer is three. (Why use one word when you can instead write a long-winded paragraph? Sorry…)
