Web Series is a growing format and a great vehicle to find new voices and talent. Here, at Seriesandtv.com I´m trying to do my best to help, and therefore offering this space to all those webseries creators that may be around to help put the voice out about their shows. In this one, we are showing the first non scripted reality web series reviewed here.
60 Pounds in 6 Months with Kithe Brewster.
Kithe Brewster, Real Housewives of Atlanta´s Cynthia’s longtime BFF and wedding planner, has checked himself into the Duke Diet & Fitness Center in order to lose “60 pounds in 6 months”.
After years of putting his work first, the fashion editor and celebrity stylist (A-list clients include Julianne Moore and Heidi Klum) is embarking on a humble journey far from Red Carpet glitz. The best part: Kithe is giving you an all-access back-stage pass from start to finish.
Produced by former executive of “The Biggest Loser,” the web series:
• Starts with Kithe weighing in at 300 pounds, with a 49-inch waist and an elevated blood pressure of 144/96, and Duke Diet & Fitness Center will get him on track in order to lose 60 pounds, reduce his waist size by 9-inches to have a 40 inch waist, run a 5K race, and normalize his blood pressure.
• Shows Kithe behind-the-scenes talking honestly and openly with his doctor, sweating vigorously to cardio workouts, cooking healthy dinner parties with new Duke Diet friends and even providing styling advice to other members.
• Premieres on EverydayHealth.com Monday, February 14, with a new episode each month, building towards the finale and Kithe’s big reveal on August 15.
• Encourages viewers to make their own pledge and begin their weight-loss journey using the same tools as Kithe at DukeDiet.com
