Growing lists for renewed shows on 2011 and all the cancelled shows on 2011, and they get bigger. This time courtesy of cable network Cinemax, since it has renewed Strike Back for a second season.
The show is fresh off airing its eight episode, in which While held hostage, Scott (Sullivan Stapleton) and Stonebridge (Philip Winchester) question undercover MI-6 agent John Allen (Adrian Rawlins) about his dealings with Latif (Jimi Mistry). They receive unexpected help when they try to escape Hasani’s (Mel Raido) compound with the hostages, but get separated after an assault on a bridge. Stonebridge goes MIA and Scott tries to rescue the rest of the hostages from another of Hasani’s facilities. Guest stars include David Haig, Annabelle Wallis and Gillian Hanna.
Second season renewal order for Strike Back will consist in 10 episodes, and that´s good news for action television.

Only time will tell and good things come to those who wait and only a portion of the world is allowed to view this certain show?
I think the show thus far is fabulous. Its a step up frome the UK version and just as intense, the season finale left me a bit dumbstruck but im sure that just makes season two that much more interesting cant wait to see.
