Rookie show Rookie Blue gets renewal notice from ABC pretty early, since they only aired three episodes before the good news.
Solid ratings for the police show helped the decision by the execs at ABC to renew Rookie Blue for a second season.
They averaged 7.1 millions viewers… perhaps not so much, but let´s all remember it´s summertime…

Love rookie blue. has all the requirements of a good show. drama, crime, and love triangles!
I like Rookie Blue, but I think it’s funny, as a Canadian, that they never really mention the city that they’re in, but it’s obviously Toronto, just like Covert Affairs, which is set in Washington DC, but films in Toronto.
Im happy rookie blue is renewed. I think the characters are strong. Lets hope for some good writing.

Rookie Blue is so mindless. I can’t believe people watch this show. From the moment I saw the black rookie female cop show up to her first day after the academy dressed provocatively with a huge colorful purse, I knew that it wasn’t credible. Who in the world does those things. And please don’t say things like she’s a rookie and she doesn’t know any better. Winking and looks at other elder cops on your first day? Please. Anyone in their right mind would be scared to death on their first day in that profession. So incredible. America is getting absolutely mindless. Wanna watch something good? Watch Breaking Bad or Mad Men. Just two wonderful shows. Rookie Blue? More like rookie doo doo.
Yay rookie blue is getting renwed for a season season!!!! I loved the show even though it’s not very credible it’s still a fun show to watch!!!!!!
If I wanted to watch something credible and close to the truth Id watch Discovery or Animal Planet. Seriously its called entertainment for a reason! Who watches shows on the major networks for credibility?
I watch Rookie Blue mainly because there is nothing elseon at that time. It’s ok, but not wonderful. Trauma and Mercy were both MUCH better shows, but they gave them the axe. ABC doesnt have a clue to what they are doing!
Rookie blue is a cool drama show. I hope when it gets renewed it will be just the same or even better.

Yay! They are bringing it back! I was worried. I agree though about Mercy…I loved that show. I was devastated they took it off. I was a faithful watcher! They should bring it back…give it another try.
I think Rookie Blue is the worst cop show I’ve ever tried to stomach. I’d rather watch CSI Miami, and I really hate that show. What kinda cops are going to take out thier cell phones and snap pictures of a suspect because it’s sooo funny that he’s in a super hero outfit when I arrest him?… Little stuff like that, and the cheesy uniforms, complete with the british style sholder boards, complete with crowns make this a truly horrible show. I’d like to see the network kill off all the rookies in a freak accident, and start over with more believable characters.

I love this show and really wanting to see what’s instore for the next season, if there is a next season. This show is addiction to me and I always look forward to see the next show. I have them automatically recorded because I watch them again. I like to do a rookie blues marathon.

I love Rockie Blue does anyone when it comes back on? An Jimmy who ever you are you must mind it to bad if you have watched enough to know what some of the shows were about. If its that bad then just dont watch it. Didnt anyboby ever tell any of you “if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all”. Have a very blessed day

I love the show, I hate it when I am hooked on a show and then all the sudden it is gone. I don’t like the concept of seeing 6 shows and then the show goes away for one year.

Renewing Rookie Blue??? Why not save money and just show the Police Academy movies that this is obviously based on again. Sad comment on what the network thinks the public want to watch- or what they think is simple enough for us to understand. Trash television.
I love the show and for those who don’t because it’s not realistic to real life well sorry to be the one to inform u it’s ACTING it’s not real life story. It’s drama cop show and u know that from its commercials about each episodes. Do u honestly believe in ever show u watch that each character is real to how they act. I think it’s a great show even if it’s like greys anatomy but it’s cop instead of doctors.

My husband and I love Rookie Blue! We are anxiously waiting for Season 2! If you don’t like what you see then change it. Keep Rookie Blue on air and you will make a lot of people happy. Thanks 🙂

Enjoy Rookie Blue. Agree it is not that realistic. But come on if I want realistic I will watch Discovery Channel. I want entertainment which is Rookie Blue has.

This is a great show, its got street cred, mix cast a little love, some good family values on the last show, I would have kick the …..out of that puck who beat my daughter up….
