Cancelled Shows 2010: Teen Mom renewed by MTV

We are reviewing all the cancelled shows and renewed shows of the season.

MTV just announced the renewal of Teen Mom for a second season.

What does this mean? There will be a sophomore season for the 16 and pregnant spinoff, that follows the lives of three former 16 and pregnant participants.
