Last week it was Dresscue Me premiere, the show that follows the fashion world’s best-kept secret – Shareen Mitchell, owner of the popular boutique, Shareen Vintage. Renowned by fashionistas and recessionistas alike, Mitchell gives life to dowdy old duds by turning them into chic fashion-forward frocks. Her goal is to boost the confidence of her exclusively female clientele through the gift of affordable style. With locations in both downtown Los Angeles and New York City, Shareen caters to celebrity regulars, including Katy Perry and Cat Deeley, as well as women from all walks of life who are looking to upgrade their wardrobes without breaking the bank. DRESSCUE ME airs on Planet Green every Tuesday, at 10:30PM ET/PT.
In April 26th episode, the longtime Shareen Mitchell client and TV host Cat Deeley, stops by looking for a dress she can wear to an awards show. Shareen and Cat have a blast catching up, and Deeley walks out with a 80s cocktail dress and a high-waisted 80s skirt, as well as a batwing top. Later in the episode, Shareen decides to treat the girls at her store by inviting them to the launch party at Madewell, complete with a limo ride to the store. Marie nearly jeopardizes the night by arriving late, but the success of the event overshadows the mishap.
