Folks at my favourite can´t miss Network (USA Network) are launching a Giveaway Contest for all Fairly Legal Fans (and fans to be) from United States and Canada.
Starting this January 20th, don’t go to court, go to Kate. On Thursday, January 20th at 10/9c, USA Network brings you the premiere of its newest series, Fairly Legal. Once a lawyer at her family’s firm, Kate Reed’s frustration with the legal system led her to a new career as a mediator. Thanks to her understanding of human nature, thorough legal knowledge and wry sense of humor, she’s a natural at resolving disputes … except when it comes to her own. Fairly Legal stars Sarah Shahi, Michael Trucco, Baron Vaughn and Virginia Williams. Visit the official website for games, exclusive content and more at http://www.usanetwork.com/series/fairlylegal/ and don’t forget to become a fan on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/fairlylegal.

Update: I had the chance to talk to Michael Trucco, one of the stars of the show, the one who plays Justin, the ex husband.
I asked him this very same question:
S&T: I´m holding a contest on my site where fans have to say what’s the best reason to watch the show. What would you answer to that question?
M. Trucco: I’ll give you two words: Sarah Shahi. She’s fantastic. She’s brilliant in the part, full of energy, unpredictable, beautiful to look at and she anchors our show. This is going to put Sarah on the map because she’s a star in the making.
I’ll be watching Fairly Legal because USA makes the best shows on television! Great scripts, great characters, and great actors!
USA has some of the best shows on TV; why wouldn’t you watch?
I have enjoyed USA network’s shows. They are well-written and add a touch of humor, and they tend to stay away from the gore and sex that is so prevalent on other network shows. I am anxious to see this new show, Fairly Legal, in hopes that it is the same caliber show as so many of the other shows like White Collar, Royal Pains, and Psych – love Psych – that are on USA. I miss Monk.
I know I’ll be watching this when it comes out since I love USA’s shows. White Collar and Psych are 2 of my favorite shows and I’m sure this show will be good. Plus, the premise seems like a good twist on the tired law-based show. Count me in!
USA Network never dissapoints with their series. I love every single one of them and Im sure that this one is not going to be an exception. That’s why on January 20th I’ll be watching the show. It is also programmed on my DVR so I wont miss a single episode. 🙂
This looks like a fun show to watch – I will definitely be checking it out when it premiers!
I’ll give you two it’s on USA network. They have the best shows around! Two it’s Sarah shahi! She so adorable and we have the same first name 😉
Honestly, I’ll probably watch to see if it’s as sexist as it looks in the commercials. Sorry, those of you who think it looks good.
If history serves, this will be another great USA show–so why not jump in right from the start?!
youll get to see a great actrees from a cancelled before it sholdve been show (Life) in a show of her own. I cant wait to see how she does.
Sarah Shahi is an excellent reason to watch! I loved her as detective Dani Reese on the NBC show Life, and I am excited to see her as a lead in Fairly Legal. You can always count on USA producing well written shows, and when you combine that with an excellent actress like Sarah, you know the show will be a hit.
There are two best reasons to watch. Actually, together, combined, makes the best reason.
It’s a show on USA Network, and they only have the best and most entertaining shows.
Most importantly, it’s a USA show starring a *female.* Very few others have had a female lead (“Covert Affairs” is the exception). It’s an intriguing new branching out for USA Network that is bound to be a great combination.
I trust USA and will give any show they put out there a chance. I eventually end up watching them all, there’s no reason to not start right at the beginning.
Kate seems so with it and has a snappy attitude I wish I had.
The reason you should watch Fairly Legal is not only does it have a gorgeous leading lady, but a strong plot, unlike many shows today! USA hasn’t failed us yet, so let’s give it up for Fairly Legal!
I can’t wait to watch Fairly Legal because I loved Sarah Shahi in Life and I love Michael Trucco and I like that one of the premises of the show is not that they are going to get together it’s that they already have and continue to do so even though they are separated, I like that USA shook things up in that aspect.
I’m gonna watch it because USA Network doesn’t put bad shows on the air.
Absolutely, I loved Sarah in “Life”, which they cancelled w/o an ending but that’s the NBC for you. Anyway, the show looks great and she does too. Cant wait to watch.
Because its another USA network show with a female lead and Sarah S is an amazing talent and will rock!
The best reason to watch Fairly Legal is because it will be an awesome show. USA Network airs nothing but the best

Why watch it? Cuz Sarah Shahi is Ah-mazing! 🙂
The reason to watch “Fairly Legal” has to be because I saw Sarah Shahi on Psych and I definitely think that she can carry a show on her own + plus the concept of the show looks interesting.
I’ll be watching Fairly Legal because of Michael Trucco. He was my favorite character in BSG (now cancelled) so I wouldn’t miss this for the world.
I’ll be watching because I love USA and like Sarah in Life
It’s great to see another USA show centered around a female lead, and Sarah Shahi is a delightful actress.
i want to watch because i love strong femalr characters
Best reason to watch Fairly Legal, aka Facing Kate, is because USA Networks brings great legal and crime dramas to TV that doesn’t involve police officers as the main protagonist.
I will be watching Fairly Legal because USA network has the best TV shows on television. USA network has the best characters who suck you in on the first episode.
The best reason to watch is USA is great about having strong women as main characters. I already love In Plain Sight and Covert Affairs; I can’t wait for another one!
As a student in law school it’s always fun to watch shows about lawyers and this show looks great!
The best reason is because Sarah Shahi was awesome in Life so I assume she will be great in this.
The best reason to watch this is because it’s a USA show. All of USA’s shows are character driven, with interesting plots and intricate characters. There’s no such thing as a flat character on USA.
Thanks,
I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE NEW SHOW,THE BOAT NAME LONELY AND THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EX-HUSBAND IS SO FUNNY! AND IM THE MEDIATOR AMONG MY FRIENDS SO I KNOW I WILL BE LEARNING A LOT FROM KATE [Sarah Shahi].
I was a big fan of Sarah from her previous show Life. Can’t wait to see it!
diamondsandspades(at)gmail(dot)com
The show is great but I am watching for the shoes…and the hat!!
I love the show! Watching for the shoes and the hat!!
Best reason to watch this show is that it features a theme of mediation rather than battle in a courtroom. Can’t wait to see how the writers worth with that.
The BEST reason to wath “Fairly Legal” on USA is because it seems like a show most people would enjoy where there’s a smart beautiful woman who uses her brain and her heart to help others. It definitely sounds like one of those shows that will leave people with a feeling of hope and inspiration.
I watched the first episode of “Fairly Legal” because the premise looked interesting. I kept watching it because the acting is much more than one-dimensional. I like the character development.
USA network always has the best shows, and has not disappointed
yet. When you watch this show, not only is it a win-win in the
show, but it’s win-win-win, because this show is hilarious.
Watched it, it’s great. USA Network shows are always a fun romp. Smart characters, well-written, and great scenery. By the way, the Sarah Shahi character’s wardrobe is phenomenal and spot on for San Francisco. Well done!
he gave all valid reasons but he may have missed the easiest guy answer- shes smokin hot! sorry had to go there. ive seen the 1st 2 episodes and yes USA has done it again. Another must see show.
I’ll definitely be watching! The main character is SO smart, pretty and chic!
a very good show
The outfits!
I started to watch Fairly Legal because it wasn’t your normal lawyer show. She is a mediator who is a part of the family business. She dresses laid back, she works for step-mom.
Everyone is a winner unlike a lawyer who just makes sure their client probably wins no matter if they are guilty or not.
Oh yeah I love that she is bee buddies with her ex. Nice!!! Plus she lives on a boat. How cool is that!?!
The premier is going to be amazing, there’s no debate – just ask Kate!
Michael Trucco and Sarah Shahi
