Fear The Walking Dead, the spinoff from The Walking Dead about the starting moments of the Zombie Apocalypse in Los Angeles, and being seen by the eyes of two families. A hispanic family of a mother, father and daughter. Of course you need to know that if the father is played by Ruben Blades, things will go sour… talk about a Pedro Navaja storyline!
Then a married on second nuptials couple played by Kim Dickens as Madison and Cliff Curtis as Travis.
In this family, there´s also Travis´ex wife, then her two teenagers, one a drug addict, Nick played by Frank Dillane (yes, the one who did the younger Voldemort in the Harry Potter saga). The first season cast rounds up pretty well with other talented actors and actresses, such as Mercedes Mason.
The Walking Dead comes back next week, right one Sunday after the first season finale of Fear The Walking Dead, but that was not all, a new webisode series was launched called Fear The Walking Dead Flight 462.
A 16-part series episodes of “Flight 462,” each less than one minute long, will debut every Sunday, online and then on-air as promos during new episodes of “The Walking Dead,” for the duration of season 6. In addition, one of the characters featured in the web series, which is produced by “Fear the Walking Dead” showrunner and executive producer Dave Erickson and co-executive producer David Wiener, will join the cast of “Fear the Walking Dead” season 2.
“Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462” tells the story of a group of passengers aboard a commercial airplane during the earliest moments of the outbreak. Over the course of the series, the plane and the lives of its passengers are put in jeopardy once they discover an infected traveler. The series is written by L. Signorino and Mike Zunic and directed by “Fear” director of photography Michael McDonough.
Who do you think will survive the flight? What did you think about Fear The Walking Dead, and Fear The Walking Dead: Flight 462? Is this a good spinoff? I´d say The Walking Dead is very difficult to match, but this is a very good second option so far.
