All was good for yesterday when we posted Justin Bieber interview on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno for Halloween.
But today everything´s a mess because of a lawsuit he received from a fan who claims she gave birth to his son.
Maria Yeater, 20, said she was invited backstage at a show in Los Angeles in October 2010, and had sex with the teen star, and now is filing this lawsuit asking for financial support. As reported irst by Radar Online: “In a hand-signed affidavit, sworn under the penalty of perjury, Yeater told a California court that Bieber propositioned her on October 25 of last year, when she was 19. The pair had a sexual tryst after his concert and backstage at L.A.’s Staples Center, it’s alleged in court papers.”
From Justin Bieber´s bunker, they told US Weekly: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
DNA will be sufficient proof as to see who´s right.

The policy of California’s courts regarding defenses to child support may best be summed up as,
“Be quiet and pay your child support.” In addition to rejecting concealment of the child as a defense
where the concealment ends during minority, California has also rejected as a defense to child
support the fact that the father was a victim of statutory rape. Reasoning that the father and mother
had consensual sex, the court saw no reason to excuse the father from the consequences of his
actions. Statutory rape cannot be used as a financial shield. San Luis Obispo County v. Nathaniel

To be so young and be a father is something and…To go with a girl that age is against the law? But if it is his child so what…Dude your Rich and can afford a child and…Just think your Handsome and have a Beautiful Voice and Smart and so what if your a father at your age…I think it is great and fantastic and if I was your mother…I WOULD BE HAPPY TO BE A GRANDMOTHER? A child is a blessing and this child will give you some one to love and share your life with and that alone is amazing.
Mariah Yeater must really dig you and think your all that and a bag of chips in order to take that risk in her life and if she is wrong she is going to make a fool out of herself and if she is right…Then she is going to be the lucky mother of your child. Is she wrong? Or is she right only the DNA could tell the truth.
This girl must had been really pretty and really in love with you Justin Bieber and she just let you have your way and the sex was not safe and it was just out of the blue and the passion really hit you and you must had felt something in order to that but there is nothing to be ashamed about and just think about having more family and getting to know the child and having a new reason to sing a sing knowing that you are going to have some one to share your life with.
The only thing that is fearful is just learning about all the diseases out there and being safe in the future and there is Aids and other diseases with no cure for it and you should take a class on safe sex and also get a degree in safe sex and understand all the diseases out there that could happen to you and remember millions of people have adds and in each state there are still 300 new cases per state each year and there are people out there that are heartless and could care less about the other people on this earth and are spreading that stuff around.
Your a good looking and rich young man with talent that is so incredible and wonderful and you have soul and spice and major good looks and if you have a child? It is not bad to be a young father and you can be a role model to young fathers all over the world and you can be there hero and you are handsome and smart and can really sing and dance and you can afford it.
I wish you well and if you where my son…I would want to be a young grandmother and have a grandchild that is part of you and…Just take care and my prayers are with you and be a father and be proud of it.
I think he would make a great father and justin mother looks so young…The world would need proof to see her as a grandmother and yes hope he did his thing and there is a baby..He handsome and attractive and very cute indeed.
D.N.A. Will tell the truth and if this girl is lieing she is going to make herself look like a fool and Justin is under age and this means that young woman broke the law if she would had did her do?
I hope Justin would think about safe sex with Aids out there and people that are pigful willing to spread this Disease around could end his life…People are hateful and Hurtful and know they are Dieing of Disease and they are Hell Bent on taking other people down the road to there grave and…Safe is getting your lover tested and then moving on to a relationship but to just play games and take that chance means you life can end..Before it begains and that means the day of laying with people there is nolong a cure for half the stuff know adays.
This little lady is going to look like a fool if he is not the father of the baby and why is she doing this if she is wrong to get attention or something but what if she is right about this…Then it is going to make some one look bad?
Justin is Jail Bait and that is going to land her some jail time for sure and she can be charged and treated like a freak for life…Once you kick it with a minor…Your going to jail for god knows how long and then on top of that your branded a pig for life and can’t ever raise your own children with C.P.S. Jumping in and out of her life for the next 18 years…Her life is messed up and…If she is lieing to get attention this young lady better stop?
Hurry Up Justin and get tested and get on with your life..Stop having this stuff hang over your head and if you know your right just prove it and move on and make this little Yeater lady look like a fool? Turn everything around on her and if you know your right then fight, fight and fight and get this woman out of your hair and allow her to look like a fool.
