ABC Family will present the worldwide premiere of Paramount Famous Productions’ “Mean Girls 2,” the long-awaited follow-up to the 2004 hit film “Mean Girls,” will premiere on ABC Family on Sunday, January 23 at 8:00PM ET/PT. The film, which wrapped production in Atlanta in August, is directed by Melanie Mayron, and written by Cliff Ruby & Elana Lesser and Allison Schroeder.
“We’re thrilled to bring the highly-anticipated sequel to the hit film ‘Mean Girls’ to the network,” said Tom Zappala, Executive Vice President, ABC Cable Networks Group. “‘Mean Girls 2’ is a perfect fit for ABC Family’s Millennial audience, who are avid fans of the original film.”
“Mean Girls 2” stars Meaghan Martin (“10 Things I Hate About You,” “Camp Rock 1 & 2”), Maiara Walsh (“Desperate Housewives”), Jennifer Stone (“Wizards of Waverly Place”), Nicole Gale Anderson (“Make It or Break It””), Claire Holt (“H20: Just Add Water”) and Diego Boneta (“Pretty Little Liars”) in a classic high school story about good versus plastic. When new girl Jo (Martin) arrives at North Shore High School, her main goal is to skate under the radar to survive her senior year and definitely not get involved in any of the typical high school trappings. But her plan goes awry quickly when she meets Abby (Stone), a girl stuck at the low end of the high school food chain and favorite target of “The Plastics” (Walsh, Holt and Anderson). After defending Abby against the queen bee of the school and lead Plastic, Mandi (Walsh), Jo is dragged into the very same girl drama she was hoping to avoid. Tim Meadows returns as the school’s principal, Mr. Duvall.
“Mean Girls 2” will be available on DVD on February 1, 2011, from Paramount Home Entertainment.

This has got to be the most disgusting show that I have ever seen! What are you exposing these young kids to? Anything for money. No morals though! I can’t believe that you would stoop this low and allow such trash
People should be nice to each other and care about each other and the world is already hard enough without some one making it harder but children should always go to the parents and the parents of the mean child should have some type of talk about the issues that make an other person to attack others people at school as well.
I Think Bullys should be kicked out of school or made to do other things to take there hate away but at school children are there to learn and have fun and be around there friends and care about each other and have fun with each other and if some one hates some one those issues should be addressed and problems should be solved and so stress is nolonger a factor at school.
