I´ll stop yelling Chandler´s back, Chandler´s back, because the excitement of having Matthew Perry again on TV (albeit taking on onscreen wife´s Monica Cougar Town timeslot). But after watching five episodes of Mr Sunshine the excitement of watching Chandler faded, luckily for me, it was substituted with the excitement of actually watching Mr Sunshine, a show that has an impecable Matthew Perry starring as Ben, an uber hilarious Allison Janney and solid cast and characters to surround them with Andrea Anders, James Lesure, Nate Torrance and Portia Doubleday.
What´s best, the show gets to strange places and quirky situations, but much like Ally McBeal´s situations were bizarre and hardly to imagine on real life, people can relate to the character. Well, same thing happens to Ben and everything Crystal and the others throw at him on a daily basis at work.

I LOVE Mr Sunshine! I was positive 4 minutes into the first episode. It has so many elements of Studio 60.
I loved that they added “A Song For You”, the Leon Russell song. You can call it an Andy Williams song, or a Carpenters song, but it really should not be called a Natalie Cole song. That’s like calling “When A Man Loves A Woman” a Micheal Bolton song.

The best singing of this song on a TV show would have to go to the 2009 revamp of Cupid. In the series premier. Sean Maguire, formerly of The Class, sings this song with a Mariachi band to win the heart of a girl.
