Ok, American Idol second Season 8 Gala just ended, with the second twelve contestants trying to get the nod.
Jasmine Murray was the first to go doing “Love Song” by Sara Bareilles.
I really didn´t like her song choice, and some of her vocals were off.
So far I can´t picture her top twelve.
Randy Jackson said: there were good moments and bad moments; she was too pitchy and made too much out of a simple melody
Kara DioGuardi said: she’s all over the place
Paula Abdul said: she agrees with Kara
Simon Cowell said: he’s disappointed because she’s really commercial, but that she may be in this competition a few years too early
