Every time that a new show is about to premiere on USA, I try to do the same and hold a giveaway to celebrate it and welcome the new fans that will start pouring in. That is now the case with Summer Camp, the new show from the cabler that will premiere Thursday, July 11th @ 8/7c on USA Network.
Summer Camp is USA Network’s new reality show where viewers will meet an eclectic group of 16 adults from all walks of life – from the fanatic hunter to the former nerd-turned-supermodel to the vegan yoga instructor. Campers will pack their bags and head to an idyllic lakeside retreat, where they will indulge in over-to-top competitions inspired by classic camp games. At the end of the summer, the remaining competitors face off in the “Campathalon,” an ultimate Olympic style event.

My ultimate camp would involve luxuries like daily massages, indoor and outdoor swimming, facials and other spa indulgences, any and every kind of food I could ever want (with the promise that I would NOT gain any weight), a large, comfortable theatre area so I could watch any film I wanted, the most comfortable king-size bed, fresh flowers all around…and no kids or loud obnoxious people, all in a picturesque setting with mountains and oceans both visible. I haven’t really thought about it much though…
