One of the greatest things about USA Network shows, besides being based on great characters and all, is the way the network treats fans.
Why do I say this, well, let´s see, first of all, they select shows very well, making it the only network with over five originals and all of them getting renewed for a second season. (Psych got renewed for season seven today). So you, as fan, can get invested on a show, since you know they´ll have proper storylines and endings.
But not only that, they treat the fans to several things, like the announcement video done by Roday and Hill about Psych, or the chance to meet Matt Bomer from White Collar, and to meet Mark Feuerstein from Royal Pains.

The Fourth of July weekend is fast approaching, and Hank and his friends have been invited to the only party that matters thrown by an incredibly wealthy HankMed patient. It’s a costume party with a 1776 Colonial America theme. And while his brother Evan frets over what costume to wear, Hank tries to go about the business of saving lives as usual.
Unfortunately, patriotic fervor isn’t the only thing going around. A local kid is exhibiting strange symptoms-glassy eyes, confusion, and when other kids start cropping up with similar symptoms, Hank is worried something is seriously amiss. With the biggest Hamptons holiday coming up, Hank fears that the fireworks aren’t the only things that are about to burn out…

Remember When we last saw Dr. Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) he was trying to revive an unconscious Eric Kassabian (guest star Wilmer Valderrama) after the patient was given the wrong medicine by Divya (Reshma Shetty), the result of Divya’s exhaustion juggling two jobs. At the urging of Hank, Paige’s (guest star Brooke D’Orsay) mom sought treatment for her depression. The General (guest star Bob Gunton) finally understood the toll his wife’s illness took on Paige and Evan. As the Hamptons summer continues, Divya’s secret could be exposed as her HankMed and hospital lives collide, Evan (Paulo Costanzo) tries to fit into his fiancée’s complicated family life and Jill (Jill Flint) makes an important decision about her personal and professional life. And most importantly, will HankMed lose its first patient as Kassabian life’s hangs in the balance?
Tom Cavanagh (“Ed”, “Love Monkey”) returns in a multi-episode arc as Jack O’Malley, professional golfer and HankMed client. Jack’s sudden return to the Hamptons surprises everyone … especially Jill, who continues to find herself drawn to him. As Hank grows his friendship with the now healthy Jack, he will soon find himself facing a whole new set of challenges as his medical caregiver. Although Jack’s previous condition has healed, he will soon discover a new medical obstacle tougher than any golf course on the tour.

USA is making a lot bigger the lists of renewed shows on 2011 and all the cancelled shows on 2011. And the same day they made three announcements.
Paired to the renewal of Necessary Roughness, and the renewal of Covert Affairs, USA has just renewed Royal Pains for a fourth season.
In a not at all shocking turn of events, Royal Pains gets season four order. The show has averaged 7,2 million viewers in its third season, so why would you not renew it, right?
Well, season four renewal order for Royal Pains by USA consists of sixteen episodes that will air in 2012 and will continue to show us the lives of the Lawson brothers, Hank and Evan, played by Mark Feuerstein and Paulo Costanzo, and all the struggles they have while living in the Hamptons and taking on the challenge of a succesful on-call doctor company named HankMed.
Jill Flint, Reshma Shetty, Campbell Scott, Brooke D´Orsay and Henry Winkler make this cast ensemble even better and the storylines flow.

Hank believes his patient has been previously misdiagnosed and is determined to find out what he really has. Divya and Raj prepare for their upcoming nuptials by taking dance lessons, but wind up as patients.
The biggest question spoiler from Royal Pains is: Did Boris kick out Hank and Evan? Are Hank and Evan fired?
