One of many business featured in the truTV series All Worked Up, Lizard Lick Towing Company was granted their own series. The show follows Ron, Amy and their team of repo agents through vehicle seizures in Lizard Lick, North Carolina. The factual nature of the show’s depictions is disputed, as the repossessions are widely believed to be actor reenactments.

TruTV renewed Full Throttle Saloon too. For a third season run in this case. Full Throttle Saloon is an American reality television series airing on the truTV network. The series provides an inside look at the world’s largest biker bar located in Sturgis, South Dakota. Owner Mike Ballard and a full cast of characters race against the clock to serve huge crowds at the Full Throttle Saloon, which is only open for 10 days a year in August during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. More than 300,000 people visit the Full Throttle during the annual event, where Ballard and his team are pressured to make a year’s salary in a short time window, all while providing patrons an experience they will not forget. The Full Throttle Saloon series marks the first time cameras have been allowed to capture every minute.

Black Gold is a documentary-style reality television series that chronicles three oil drilling rigs in Andrews County, Texas, 30 miles northwest of Odessa. It is produced by Thom Beers, creator of Deadliest Catch and Ice Road Truckers. The Black Gold theme song is sung by country music star Trace Adkins. The title “Black Gold” comes from a slang term for oil.

Hardcore Pawn is an American documentary reality television series produced by Richard Dominick Productions and RDF USA for truTV about the day-to-day operations of American Jewelry and Loan, a family-owned pawn shop on Greenfield Road between 8 Mile Road and the John C. Lodge Freeway in Detroit, Michigan.
TruTV renews Hardcore Pawn for another 13 episode run to air later this year.

In this case, TruTV renews Hardcore Pawn to a third 13 episode season.
Hardcore Pawn is an American documentary reality television series produced by Richard Dominick Productions and RDF USA for truTV about the day-to-day operations of American Jewelry and Loan, a family-owned pawn shop on W. 8 Mile and Greenfield Street in Detroit, Michigan. The series premiered August 16, 2010 at 10pm, delivering 2 million viewers, setting a new record as truTV’s most watched series premiere ever.
The show has been largely compared to Pawn Stars on History, but in the vein of other truTV programs (Operation Repo and All Worked Up for example), the focus is mainly on the human aspects of drama, conflicts, humor and absurdity between the staff members and their customers, rather than the significance of the items being brought into the shop.

This fall season, a lot of shows are falling like crazy. NBC already cancelled Outlaw, ABC Family cancelled Huge, Fox cancelled Lone Star, ABC cancelled My Generation, and also cancelled The Whole Truth, and MTV cancelled The City in its second season, and HBO cancelled Big Love at its fifth and NBC cancelled Undercovers, and Supernanny gets cancelled so Jo Frost can move on, and Disney cancelled Jonas LA, or the sad sad news about Rubicon getting cancelled.
Some are getting renewed, since HBO renews Eastbound & Down for season three, and also renews Bored to Death for season three and TLC renewed Sister Wives, and NBC renews Days of Our Lives and Fox renews The Simpsons.
In this case TruTV hit docu series Hardcore Pawns gets renewed for a second eight episode season.
This is by any means a shocker, since the show launched to TruTV’s biggest series premiere ratings ever: 2.1 million viewers and more than 1 million adults 18-49.
Hardcore Pawn goes behind the scenes at Detroit’s American Jewelry and Loan and centers on owner Les Gold and his staff, including his son Seth. “This summer, TruTV viewers fell in love with Hardcore Pawn,” said TruTV’s GM Marc Juris.
