Just like every year, ABC Family is getting ready for the season of the Holidays. And it does that by starting to prepare for Christmas. They have each year the 25 Days of Christmas, but they start first with 9 days of the Countdown to 25 Days of Christmas. In 2015 that starts on November 22nd and runs through November 30th, right before the start of 25 Days of Christmas.
The Countdown to 25 Days of Christmas will focus on family films like those of Disney´s Pixar. After all, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the first time we met Woody, Buzz and the rest of the characters from Toy Story. That will not be all, as there will be two new original specials: Pretty Little Liars: 5 Years Forward and Young & Hungry´s holiday episode “Young & Christmas”.

Familiarity really does breed contempt, doesn’t it? Nothing spoils the joy and wonder of any holiday, including Christmas, like the daily assault. It matters not if the messages are being issued by religious zealots or commercial hucksters, enough is enough, and a month of Noel is enough to have us all echoing, “Bah, humbug”.
