After a weeken filled of renewal announcements from NBC, CBS, CW, Comedy Central and BBC One, now it´s time to move once again across the pond, in this case to BBC Three, renewing Him & Her The Wedding for a fourth and final season.
BBC Three and Big Talk Productions today announce a fourth and final series of the RTS award winning comedy Him & Her, starring Russell Tovey and Sarah Solemani, to be made in summer 2013.
Him & Her debuted on BBC Three in 2010 and went on to be one of the most successful sitcoms launched on the channel to date. The series won a Royal Television Award for Best Comedy Performance by Sarah Solemani and Russell Tovey and received a Breakthrough Talent nod at the 2012 BAFTA TV Awards for Stefan Golaszewski.
Writer Stefan Golaszewski returns to write the final series which will follow Becky and Steve as we see them leave the flat for the first time, for Laura and Paul’s wedding. Richard Laxton, who has directed all 18 episodes to date, will also return to helm the final series that he directed the pilot for in 2010 with Big Talk CEO Kenton Allen and Lyndsay Robinson producing.
