In this case a show that I was seeing like a toss up between getting renewed and getting cancelled. The show is great, the script is great, the premise is fun; but the whole concept is so bizarre that it was a big bet to see if it could mesh with the viewers. Luckily it did! And now FX renews Wilfred US for a second season.
When I saw the pilot of this show I immediately fell in love with it and rooted for Wilfred to get renewed, I guess after all FX was the best home possible for it, since has become the highest-rared first season comedy on the network with a cumulative 5 million viewers a week earning Wilfred it renewal.
Second season renewal order for Wilfred US consists of 13 episodes and will air in 2012.

I am so happy that Wilfred has been renewed I think it is one of the best and the funniest shows I’ve seen since Northern exposure.
