The year may have started slow in the cancellation and renewals front… but this month has been a rollercoaster.
HBO renewed Game of Thrones for a second season, BET renewed The Game, and renewed Let´s Stay Together among at least other twenty shows either renewed or cancelled, with even big milestone shows as All My Children and One Life To Live getting the axe.
So, every news around that may arise about renewals get a sigh of relief even though the show have been looking solid.
That´s what happened to NBC renewing Late Night with Jimmy Fallon for season three.
Jimmy Fallon was leading his time frame in the late night shows, so it´s not a shocker at all that NBC renews Late Night with Jimmy Fallon through 2012, but it´s always good news to have it written in stone.
With both Last Call with Carson Daly and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno both renewed same as Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the entire late night roster is coming back.
