We are reviewing all the cancelled shows and renewed shows of 2011.
And the year came out in its first week already giving way to a couple renewals.
The first one, Nickelodeon renews SpongeBob SquarePants for season nine.
SpongeBob SquarePants renewal order comes with 26-episodes, which will push the veteran series over the 200th episode mark. Season 9 is slated to air in 2012.SpongeBob has been TV’s No.1 animated series with kids 2-11 for 10 consecutive years.
SpongeBob SquarePants, usually called just “SpongeBob” or “Bob Esponja” in spanish gets a ninth season order and kids all over the world must be happy.
What is SpongeBob SquarePants about? Plot
SpongeBob SquarePants is an American animated television series, created by marine biologist and animator Stephen Hillenburg. Much of the series centers on the exploits and adventures of the title character and his various friends in the underwater city “Bikini Bottom”. The series’ popularity has prompted the release of a media franchise, contributing to its position as Nickelodeon’s highest rated show, the most distributed property of MTV Networks, and among Nicktoons’ most-watched shows.
The basis for SpongeBob SquarePants was formed by Hillenburg in 1984 while teaching and studying marine biology at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, California, where he wrote the comic strip The Intertidal Zone, which starred various anthropomorphic forms of sea life, many of which would evolve into SpongeBob SquarePants characters. He left the institute to become an animator in 1987, and later attended the California Institute of Arts in 1992. In the institute, he made his thesis film Wormholes (1992), which led to his hiring as a director, writer, producer, storyboard artist, and executive producer of the series Rocko’s Modern Life by creator Joe Murray. He started to develop the series in 1996 following Rocko’s Modern Life’s, and pitched the series to Nickelodeon in 1998 and was later greenlighted for a first season.

Spongebob has always been weird for me but on the other hand children really like the Sponge because he is big and soft and Yellow and kids love Yellow for many reason and that is all about the sun and the light of the sky but on the other hand…he is funny and delightful and nice and kind and always think about others and delightful on so many level and…I think Sponge Bob really hits home but on the other hand…Some one created something that massive children all over the world really enjoy and the creater must be a kid at Heart.
So many little boys out there are really loving spongeBob and for that reason alone…Feel it is good..Because Boys are going near Yellow and many young Boys in the world never go near yellow but good things come from that color and that is the Sun and Corn but color is bright and light and for kids some what Delightful but of course as a parent..Feel the show is really strange but children love the show and the message and color and that is the only thing that matters and that is your children loving the show and wanting to watch it and enjoy it is key..The kid is going to be calm and happy all day long about watching SpongeBob…Kids love that show all over the world.
