We are reviewing all the cancelled shows and renewed shows of the season.
And CBS came out of the gates axing and saving.
CBS cancelled Numbers.
Numbers cancellation by CBS came in the middle of some huge renewals and cancellation news: Chuck got renewed by NBC, Heroes is getting cancelled, Law & Order cancellation, One Tree Hill renewal, Life Unexpected renewal, V renewal by ABC, Romantically Challenged cancellation, Better Off Ted cancellation, Flash Forward cancellation, Mercy Cancellation, The Wanda Sykes Show cancellation, Trauma cancellation, Law & Order SVU renewal, Cold Case cancellation, Miami Medical Cancellation, so…
Numbers gets cancelled and it´s a big bummer since the show was quite good and solid, and it will surely be missed by many Numbers fans.

I hate that Numb3rs is being cancelled. It was a great show that didn’t get any help from its network. Another good show gone from this network.
I really liked this show & have hung in there since the very beginning. I hope they realize what they are REALLY doing. Has anyone seen the new line up? Simply stated…. HORRIBLE!
CBS is turning into another ABC, jettisoning shows that have decent ratings and a loyal audience. Numbe3rs was an excellent, smart show. Maybe that was it’s downfall, it was just too smart for its own good. I’m surprised that the Scott brothers didn’t make a bigger push to try to save it. Very sad.
I am really disappointed! I just started watching this show and i LOVED it so much!!! It was great! I can’t believe its not coming back!
I really like Numb3er and learned a lot from it. I’ll really miss it.
I can’t believe once again they’re canceling shows that I enjoy watching. Well, that’s one network I won’t be watching. I’m so glad I have satellite so when the networks screw up and get rid of good shows I have somewhere else to go. It used to be that good ratings meant something.
I don’t think CBS knows what it is doing. I watch their Friday night line up and they canceled Ghost Whisper and Numbers?
This is horrible! I am not interested in Miami Medical!
By the way, I also hate that they have canceled Cold Case!

I just cannot understand why the good ones go and the crappy ones stay. I love Cold Case,Numbers, Gary Unmarried & Flashpoint as well as the Original Law and Order. I have been that watching the show since the beginning. Thank goodness TNT has the reruns.
I was a fan of Ghost Whispers,(until they let the husband die come back in someone elses body but still look like the first husband. HOPEFULLY THAT ONE WILL STAY AWAY. You could have gotten rid of Medium and kept Flashpoint and Numbers.
I am also very upset about Numbers being cancelled,watching Numbers, Flashpoint, and Ghost Whisperer were part of our family night together and we all looked forward to Friday nights. Can we look forward to reruns on another station?
Glad to see Ghost Whisper gone. The jumped the shark when they brought back her husband from the dead. That’s when we stopped watching. Hate to see Numbers go. Too, too bad. So many lines left open.
Say it isn’t so..not Numb3rs…I SOOO looked forward to each episode. Smart, well written, and, heck, Judd Hirsch, too! One of the few “non-formula” shows left. Pleassssse reconsider (although now that Rob Morrow has the lead in “the Whole Truth” I guess that isn’t likely). This show appeals to a high level demographic. We are intelligent, involved, and have lots of money to spend. Don’t your advertisers want that target market?
I am very disappointed about Numb3rs being canceled. I believe it was definitely one the the best shows on air. Very sorry to see it end. I am also disappointed about Cold Case being canceled. It didn’t have a good ending at all. At least Numb3rs left things wide open to either an ending or a new beginning. I will never understand who decides these things. You’d think they would care what the viewers think “BEFORE” they cancel a show. Too much politics in everything I believe.
I loved Numb3rs & it will sorely be missed.
I really wonder who made this call to short Numbers! There are people who are wanting to study math because of this show. Lots of people were following this program, and it will be really missed!
My whole family enjoyed Numbers… Due to Friday night high school football seaon we wouldtape the shows and watch it as a family enjoyment on Sundays….. The network makes idiot mistakes!!!!!!
Numbers was a great show. Solid casting and good story lines! I can’t BELIEVE some of the garbage that is being renewed and this show isn’t. CBS is quickly becoming the Crappy Boring Station. But they keep adding CSIs, The “Not So” Amazing Race, Hawaii Dive-0, Medium (Medium Quality Show), NCIS: L.A., I could go on. If CBS is after 4th place in the Evening TV race you win! Nice Job. This could be the quickest shift in history. Here’s a tip. $#*! My Dad Says isn’t helping. The first episode was funny, then… YEAH. It’s outlived it’s slot already. I would accept Numb3rs 30 min at a time! 🙂
They are cancelling Numb3rs and keeping Chuck? Here is another station that doesnt give a damn about its fan base and just its bottom dollar. It doesnt matter how good of a rating a show has, if it costs more to produce than another show, the more expensive one gets cut. Forget that its one of those shows on tv that doesnt slowly suck the IQ of the people watch it and that people viewing the show might actually learn something other than blond hair and big boobs is the secret of life. If theres no sexual content then the station will end up cutting it. Guess its another series ill be watching reruns on the internet because theres nothing good on tv.
I hate that Numbers has been canceled. What a SHAME ! If you truly care about the fans, you would renew the contract for this outstanding show.
It doesn’t surprise me at all. CBS, NBC and ABC always cancels the best shows on tv. Mercy, Flashfoward, Trauma, and one of the best shows ever shown Third Watch. So it sucks, but they don’t care about us they just care about the money….
I truly miss Cold Case, Numbers and Without a Trace, shows that were presented well and written well! don’t understand who realy cares about housewifes of NY,Pa.Ca. or anywhere for that matter. They retain some realy dumb shows!
I really don’t understand why numbers was cancelled. It was an excellent show!!! Makes you wonder who runs the TV stations, like barry the comment above said who cares about the housewifes of NY, PA or anywhere for that matter.

its a shame they cancled numbers and cold case,they should have been moved to wednesday primetime,cause there lineup is poor and maybe more people would have watched them,most people go out or away on fridays
then there show undercover boss is a joke,everyone knows there boss dont care as long as there making money,then once the cameras are off everything goes back to way they were
Numb3rs was a very intelligent, well written show. And most of all, I loved the character story lines, the Eppes family and Prof. Fleinhart. The only thing I watch now are CSIs, just because I need something formulaic to take my mind off studying, something dumb and easily predictable. I hate the fact that stupid crap like Jersey Shore is still on air, and stuff like Kim Kardashian’s whatever. Just really really disappointing. Networks are so very very dumb to cancel an intelligent show like this.
… this show was so awesome. had a great concept and good actors. the show should really be brought back.
