Casting Call: Open Auditions for The Hobbit

Hobbit Auditions.
Hi, I am a 46 yr old women of Irish and Cook Islander decent living in Christchurch. My height is 4.11 inches. I was not able to make it to the auditions in Wellington. Are you holding auditions in Christchurch? Can I still audition or register my interest somewhere.
Would love to be a part of the hobbit as I was living in London when the first films were made.

Hi, I am 14 years old and 5 foot 4 inches. I am already past the date for the auditions, but I would love to be a part of the production anyways, I would do anything to get a chance to help with this movie, I love the movies and books, and am a huge huge fan. I would do anything I could do to help, and make things easier for other people involved, if i could only be able to help with the film. I am good at art, and sports, and I think I could help with building sets or whatever. I am living in new Zealand, so I hope I can help 🙂

I’m 16, 6ft1/2, and really hoped I could be a part of the production, but now realize I have just left it too late, I would really love to help out (wanted to be involved acting wise, as I’ve loved acting for a long while). 1 month behind huh, and I don’t quite meet requirements, if anyone could direct me to any possibilities of further auditions please do! I am aware that the filming for The Hobbit: Part 1 starts in February, so as it is too late to audition for that, will they be holding any auditions for part 2? I’m friends with the cult actor/musician and director David Hess.
David has expressed a very keen desire to be a part of The Hobbit, but we have no actual contact information whatsoever and I was wondering if someone here may be able to help us out.
David Hess is one of the most frightening villains in cinema history, having acted as the infamous villain “Krug” from Wes Craven’s original “The Last House On The Left”, which David also wrote and performed the score for.
Peter Jackson is apparently a fan of this film and of David’s work. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
