“Acceleration” – Detroit Lions’ running back Jahvid Best showcases his impressive acceleration rate on a high-tech slalom course. John Brenkus sets up an obstacle course to test co-host Leo Howard’s speed as well.
“Headers” – The biomechanical elements behind heading a soccer ball are revealed when Omar Gonzalez of the Los Angeles Galaxy heads front and center to analyze this difficult skill.

“Amplitude” – Co-host Leo Howard steps into the foot-sensored shoes of snowboarder Shaun White to try and unveil the precision, power and technique behind White’s lift off on the SuperPipe.
“Upside Down” – NFL wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals takes on gravity as he tests his hand-eye coordination while hanging upside down. Co-host Leo Howard takes on the challenge as well, attempting to yo-yo in the same gravity boots worn by Fitzgerald.
