Ok, so now some time has gone by between finale airing and me posting, so as not to spoil it for anyone.
Glee Midseason finale had some serious plotlines and one even more serious cliffhanger.
We ran into an almost dead cast member in Dave Karofsky after attempting suicide, bringing everybody to reflect upon life and circumstances; then we had all the happy New Directions won Regionals over the Warblers thing, and the Rachel and Finn getting almost married scene, but the very last shot was Quinn Fabray getting hit by a semi-truck. Will Quinn Fabray Die on Glee? Will Quinn be alive when the show comes back?
After all she was on the path to redemption, almost completing it when getting back to the Cheerios.
Now, who knows what happens. We have to wait until April 10 when Glee comes back to know if Quinn is dead or alive, but I can have something up my sleeve.
Folks at E! Online put it better: We also can say that Dianna Agron will return to the Glee set in some capacity, whether it is a dream sequence, a reduced role, a flashback or a flashforward, etc. We have it on good authority that nothing has been set in stone yet as far as the fourth season of Glee —including whether Dianna will be a series regular—so say a little prayer for Miss Quinn Fabray tonight!
That means Quinn is coming back to Glee even though she does not have everything set in stone, but she won´t be performing. Chances redux a bit, she is not performing, therefore Quinn Fabray is dead or Quinn is alive but had to be take to the hospital.
There certainly will be major repercussions of Quinn’s crash, meaning she will join Artie in the wheelchairs? Maybe not, but she sure will be impeded to perform, if not dead.

Oh, i almost cried at the car crash scene! I thing she’ll return, but paralised, i think, if there was an car crash, it wasn’t for accident, it means something will change.
Of course she is dead. They can’t bring a third person into a “should have died but didn’t” scenario. First Burt, then Dave… they can’t do it again. She’s dead.

I think GleeFamee is right.. I don’t think they would have 3 almost-but-not-quite deaths..especially 2 in one episode. I’m pretty sure Quinn is dead.. I have a feeling the next episode is gonna be a serious tearjerker.. I don’t think I can wait another month to find out!!

In the photo, the Quinn depicter, Dianna Agron, is seen sitting on a wheelchair during the production of the show taking place on Tuesday, February 21 in Los Angeles. It leads to a speculation that the Yale-bound McKinley student might survive the car crash, but is not able to walk.
Quinn is alive.
