Trinidad & Tobago elections are getting closer, and “El Partido Movimiento Nuevo” has got no candidate, and probably zero chances to win the presidential elections. So what did they decide to do?
They are launching a reality show with 20 of their senators, governors and majors so the audience chooses who gets to be the presidential candidate.
The show is called “En busca de: El Presidente” and already has collected numerous sponsors to support the campaign.
The last contestant in the House of El Presidente gets the presidential candidate spot, and the runner up gets the vice president spot.
Crazy, huh?
Well… perhpas it´s crazy because this is an April´s Fools Day Joke, and none of the above is true. Sorry.
