The Big C is gaining momentum and approaching the first season finale of The Big C coming soon…
And we need to do some spoiler speculation about it. Somebody is dying on The Big C, and I don´t mean only Cathy who´s dying of cancer.
One of the regulars or recurring roles is probably killing him/her self.
But who is killing himself/herself in The Big C?
Let´s analyze about the possible suicidal characters on The Big C.
Who is dying on The Big C season finale?
1- Andrea is killing herself on The Big C: Chances of this one are big. Gabourey Sidibe´s character on The Big C may die since the character is in a self image crisis, going through puberty being uncomfortable with her own body. What else? Gabourey Sidibe herself is starting filming a new movie thus probably hurting her schedule.
My guess: Gabourey Sidibe´s Andrea is dying on The Big C chances are 60%.
2- Marlene is killing herself on The Big C season finale: Chances of this one are still big, but nowhere near Andrea. Phyllis Sommerville´s character on The Big C may die since the character is getting the first signs of Alzheimer´s and she´s not only alone, but tries independence and not much of a people person. What else? Phyllis Sommerville has four movies in the gates, but they are all in post production, so schedule should not be a problem.
My guess: Phyllis Sommerville´s Marlene dying on The Big C chances are 25%.
3- Sean is killing himself on The Big C: Chances are slim. He provides much relief in the story and his relationship with Cathy still needs a lot of exploring for the story. Besides. How could one kill John Benjamin Hickey´s character without seriously hurting the show?
My Guess: John Benjamin Hickey´s Sean dying on The Big C chances are 1%.
4- Lenny is killing himself on The Big C: Chances are also slim. But it would be (unless Ghost Rider´s schedule is creating some sort of conflict) the only way to rid of Idris Elba´s character from the story. But then again: who would want that?
My Guess: Idris Elba´s character dying on The Big C chances are 5%. (Until we know status on Ghost Rider)
5- Rebecca is killing herself on The Big C: Cynthia Nixon is too big a star as to writing team to want her out. But Too Big to Fail is in pre production. Wether there´s a reason I don´t yet know.
My Guess: Cynthia Nixon´s character dying on The Big C chances are 5%.
Other characters I would not even think about them. And as you well added up, it´s a grand total of 96%. Being the four percent missing about the chances of nobody dying on The Big C season finale.
