Xtreme Waterparks premieres with One-Hour Season Opener to Feature Back-to-Back Episodes on Sunday, July 8 at 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., ET/PT
Hold on to your trunks, because we’re taking an all-access, adrenaline-filled ride on the wildest, over-the-top and exhilarating water rides in the world! From a high-speed, gravity defying water ride in Orlando, Florida to the world’s tallest water slide in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, we’re trotting the globe to reveal the most insane, nail-biting and XTREME WATERPARKS that will thrill even the greatest adrenaline junkies. In the first half hour of the season opener (airing at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT), we’ll take a ride on Insano, a 65 mph water slide in Brazil; the world’s largest indoor, near-vertical looping slide in Vermont; and Edmonton’s Center of Gravity – the world’s only indoor bungee jump into water, with a terrifying leap of 10 stories! In the second episode of the season premiere (airing at 8:30 p.m., ET/PT), we’ll visit Area 47, an extreme waterpark playground at the base of the Austrian Alps; The Bomb Bay in Orlando, FL that has a 40 mph near-vertical drop; and take a ride with two college students on the Contrictor in Phoenix, Arizona.
