More information to fill the lists for cancelled shows of 2012 and renewed shows of 2012. And it seems to be a never ending task to keep them full. Now, it´s time to add another to the casualty list. One that I found myself liking more than I expected, even if that does not mean I loved it. I thought it was Ok, but I was expecting to hate it. CBS cancelled Rob and I don´t think many people will lose sleep over it, even though it was a funny show.
What was Rob about? Plot Synopsis
The series follows Rob (Rob Schneider), a former life-long bachelor and landscape architect with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, who marries into a close-knit Mexican-American family and attempts to be closer to them, often ending in disastrous results despite his good intentions.
The show had somewhat Ok ratings, making it 3.3 average in the adult 18-49 demo, with near 10 million viewers on average, but dropping since a premiere of 13.5 to a measly 8.9 in finale. Making the case for a renewal harder, and therefore CBS cancels Rob.

I, did not like the way the Mexican-American Families, were being represented, not all relatives come for a visit and never leave or freeload off the rest. Like that freeloading bastard Alan & his son, on Two and a Half Men, can’t stand those 2, they make me sick and are not at all funny.
