2012 is here, and my task of completing the lists for cancelled shows and renewed shows has already started, after Flashpoint getting renewed and Psych renewal for season seven, it´s time for a talker.
Rachael Ray got renewed through 2014, making sure the daily talk show gets back for two more years.
“Rachael Ray has been a solid performer in stations’ lineups and has had a recent surge in ratings. We’re thrilled to be taking the show through eight seasons,” Joe DiSalvo, President of Sales for CBS Television Distribution said on the official announcement for Rachael Ray´s renewal.
There was certainly little doubt about Rachael Ray getting renewed, since it debuted in 2006 as the highest rated first run syndicated talk show since Dr Phil launched, and not only that, but she also earned two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Talk Show, and also got nominated in 2010 and 2011.
So, that´s what we call a solid show, solid enough as to get the offer to get renewed for two more years.

I am disappointed to find that in the Boise, Idaho area, Rachel’s shiow was replaced by Steve Harvey, Where can we watch her and what time?? Hope she has not been cancelled here.
