We are reviewing all the cancelled shows and renewed shows of the season.
And this one made it wait a little while, but turned out to be good news, since ABC renewed Shark Tank for a second season.
This piece of news is one of my favourite since I am a big supporter of the show. Shark Tank renewed by ABC means we´ll get the chance to see what savvy businessmen and businesswoman see during a VC aqcuisition process and interview.
ABC renewed Shark Tank for a second season consisting of eight episodes. A short one, yes, but at least we get to see more Shark Tank on TV.
The entire panel cast is coming back: Barbara Corcoran, Kevin O´Leary, Kevin Harrington, Daymond John and Robert Herjavec.
Also, for three of the eight episodes of Shark Tank renewed season two, panel will be joined by comedian Jeff Foxworthy.
Shark Tank renewed second season is planned to be air on 2011.
Are you happy ABC renewed Shark Tank? Will you watch second season of Shark Tank?

I personally am happy about this. I think that ABC is looking at the show not getting enough ratings on traditional TV. Problem is, a) more people now are watching TV shows online rather than on TV or even TiVO, and b) US shows can’t be seen outside of the US. For example, in Canada, one either needs to watch the shows on YouTube or SurftheChannel, or download the show off of the Torrent sites. That’s what I personally think ABC and other US channels should start marketing more – the online market.
Bringing in a comedian is just cheesy and is recipe for disaster IMO.
I think Jeff Foxworthy is not just a comedian but a successful business man that has managed to millions on recognizing he has a niche in the marketplace. I think this is what Shark Tank is all about. Making it big with your niche! Way to go Shark Tank!
It is really hard to laugh at alot of this so called comedians, it seems like a person has to have a drink or two drink of hard booze to laugh at this guys, other wise you just looking for a reason to laugh at them because if it was not for the drink, I would simply go to sleep.
I am very happy that Shark Tank is coming back. I like shows like this because people learn a lot about how to start a business. I like the way they tell people if going into certain businesses is worth it or not.
Yaaaaay! I am so happy to hear that they are bringing it back. It was one of the best competitive-reality shows on TV. If they try to cancel them again… Move to OWN! (I’m sure Oprah would love the concept)
I’m not sure how many people watch canadian content, but we have a long running show with the same concept in Canada called Dragons Den.
Both Kevin and Robert appear in that show aswell making big deals with innovative people
